How do i get lvl 5-8 magicks of every thing i dont know where to buy them i got the money i just cant seem to find where to buy them im lost without my magick cause i a big magick fan

Level...5-8? I am quite confused on what you mean by that. Do you mean moves like Scathe?

If so, Scathe is located int he secret merchant in Nabudis. Go in through the Salikawood way, then search the room south-west of where you entered.
To get Ardor (The strongest fire-based spell) go back to where you escaped in Nalbina dungeons. Talk to the merchant there and he'll sell some rare items.
Flare and Scourge can be bought after the events of Pharos.
