...Yes, another one of those movies. -_- Anyone planning on seeing it when it comes out on January 25th? I just saw the trailer for it a few minutes ago, and it looks rather amusing, but stupid.

I'd like to see it. :wacky:

Reminds me of Epic Movie and Napolean Dynamite. Stupid as hell, but funny as hell, too...
I'm going to try my hardest to go see that thing in theaters. It looks great.

it looks alright but i wouldnt go out of my way to see it though

I'm excited that Kevin Sorbo is in the movie. I haven't seen him in any movies for quite a long while.

I know it's kinda sad, but...I actually find it kinda funny that they were making fun of Britney Spears (shaving her head).

I love movies like this, they're so stupid they make me laugh. Kind of reminds me of Epic movie and Date movie which I both loved, so I'm pretty sure this one will deliver.

I laughed at the Britney Spears portion of the commercial. The other stuff looks kinda lame, though.

I'm sure I'll end up watching it at some point.

When I first saw this I thought it was a sequel to 300, then when I looked it up I thought shit another spoof movie. I dunno it might be alright.

I think I'm going to see this movie Saturday with some friends. I don't normally go to the theater to watch a movie like this but it's fun to go with a group, it should be a good laugh.

At first like Sephirothalpha, I originally thought it was a sequel to 300 from a very short commercial I caught everyone was dressed like they were in the movie 300. I didn't catch much of it since I didn't like the movie 300 that much so I wasn't interested until I found out it was a spoof movie!

meh, these spoof movies are starting to get lame to me. Scary Movie 1 & 2 were pretty funny but then after that they got all....meh. I may end up watching it anyway, though.

Just saw it today. It was alright, not the funniest spoof movie I've seen, but it was up there. Sure I was laughing every now and then, but I didn't find myself laughing hard or anything.

Still good though. I do recommend it for those who are up for a good laugh and stupidity.

The Britney Spears part made me laugh so hard I cried...

What I find shocking is the lead Sparatn is Sean Maguire, geek from Grange Hill and Eastenders!!!

I wanna go see this cause i love Epic Movie and Date Movie and the Scary Movies so this one has to be full of lulz. I love the trailer, made me lol. "STOP KICKING PEOPLE INTO THE PIT!" lol

I remember building the standee for it in work and immediately though 'oh no'.

I am not going to see this, I hated the other two movies they were just annoying. Date movie was the least worst of the both of them, but this looks like it could take the lead XP

I despised the film and its fully worth its 2.5/10 rating because its just awful. Friedberg and Seltzer are the two of the worst directors ever as shown already by 'Date Movie', 'Epic Movie' and now 'Meet the Spartans'.
I suggest not seeing it and save your money for a good film.

I loved the first Scary movie, the second one was alright the third one wasn't that great, I HATED Date movie and after I saw Epic movie I thought to myself as I walked out of the cinema that I had wasted my money (the first time I had ever thought that). So to sum it up I can't stand parody movies like this and I most likely will not be seeing it unless I hear that it is the funniest movie of all time.

I went and saw it a few weeks ago, awhile in I considered just...going into another movie theater and watching the middle and end of another movie, but I stayed. It wasn't completely horrible, I had read reviews so I was expecting it to be kinda bad. I did chuckle at certain parts, though most of what made me laugh was Spartans skipping though.

I saw the trailer for it last saturday, and it looks pretty funny. My friends and I absolutely howled at the Britney part xD

I actually walked out of this movie half way through it.

My brother worked at the cinemas and we got in for free though anyway. >.<

But I have never walked out of a movie whilst at the cinema in my life. This was just so boring and not funny at all.

It was gross sometimes too. Not my kind of movie.
