Well, I don't see where it says only classic games, so how about a classic console? I had so many hours logged in on my 64....so many good memories with that system.

Mario Kart 64
Star Fox 64
Goldeneye

Etc. Etc...

I...confirm what you just said?

So many games that revolutionized genres. Goldeneye 64 and the FPS genre; Super Mario 64 and 3D platforming.

Gotta love the N64.

I must have put over 100 hours just playing StarFox over...and over...and over. It never bored me, trying to beat my previous records. Seeing if I was getting better. Nothing like trying to beat yourself.

Hahaha, good stuff. I had some great records. I always loved fighting Star Wolf. Favorite part of the game.

Playing Smash Brothers was the one thing I looked forward to after a long day at school. But, My N64 has since died, after being put trough years of abuse.
But now, I just play smash bros on my pc, which works fine for me. I will get another N64 someday.

Also, anyone remember Conker's Bad Fur Day?

Man, nostalgia to the extreme....

I remember way back when the N64 was considered a revolutionary console, I absoloutly loved it. Goldeneye, Star Fox 64, Super Mario 64, Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of time and Majora's Mask....

yup, those were the days. Now I hardley play any video games at all, besides x-box 360 on occasion.

This would probably be my favourite console. I did have consoles like the Amiga and SNES but too young to remember playing them. (My dad often tells a story of which both my older brothers are stuck on a level and I just come home, play it, and beat the level easy as that but I have no memory of it.)

Back on track. So many great games like Super Mario 64, Lylat Wars 64, Banjo-Kazooie, Mario Kart 64, Diddy Kong Racing, Donkey Kong 64, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, GoldenEye 007, Perfect Dark and Super Smash Bros. and probably a lot more.

A lot of memories. Playing GoldenEye with my brothers. We had a rule that no one could go Oddjob and some other midgit because they were hard to aim at. :D Sometimes my brother and I would play Perfect Dark on Co-operative mode or I would play versus mode with my friend. We would go on the same team against like 8 simulaters. Super Smash Bros. was brilliant, I can't wait for Brawl!

I still have my N64. I recently set it up to play WWF No Mercy. Probably the best wrestling game ever! The massive let down is that most of the earlier copies were bugged and delete your saved data (only for that game) which we had one of the earlier copies. Great game nonetheless.

I might go back and play some other games aswell, truely a brilliant console.

Aside from the Sony Playstation, this was one of my all time favorite consoles.

Favorite Games:
Mario 64
StarFox 64
007 Goldeneye <-- My all time favorite FPS.

I can't fathom why this game was considered a failure. It has 2 of the most acclaimed video games of ALL time. Ocarina of Time and Goldeneye.

My first system that I actually spent my OWN money on to buy for my 12th birthday. Bought Super Mario 64 that same day, fell in love instantly. So many great games and days upon days of gaming on my 64 with games like Mario 64, Wave Race, 1080 Snowboarding, Star Fox, the Zelda's, Golden Eye, Kobe Bryant NBA Courtside, Ken Griffey Jr.'s ML Baseball...etc...

One of my favorite systems of all-time.

Conkers bad fur day! that the omly game which is worth my time on this console, but its a lovely one at that, especially when you first meet the grim reaper
"CATS i hate thoughs thing the way they MeEeEOoWW and piss and shit ALL OVER THE FURNINITURE!"

Im surprised no one has mentioned KI: Gold and Mario Party, those were classic games as well. I'd love to see KI 3 on the 360.

Nintendo 64 is the best game system because it's has all the games on it. I remeber when I was younger and I used to have one I would play it everyday. I like to play sonic mario bros, supersmash bros 1, and mario party 1-6.

I never had a N64, but I did spend a good deal of time playing at my friends house. The games that we used to play all the time were:

Goldeneye (easily the most entertaining N64 game at the time)
Super Smash Bros. (I was pretty shit, but it was fun never the less)
Star Wars Episode I: Racer (Great fun, nothing beats high speed pod racing)
Perfect Dark (Pretty decent, but Goldeneye was a lot better)

and I would often watch my friends play Zelda: Ocarina of Time, which looked pretty interesting, but I never got a chance to try it out.

My Favorite N64 games:

Star Wars: Shadows of the Empire
- This game was a masterpiece, and somewhat overlooked. If anyone loves this game, let it be known!!
Starfox 64
Zelda Ocarina of Time
Zelda Majora's Mask
Mario 64 (of course)
Yoshi's Story
Conker's Bad Fur Day
Goldeneye 007
Banjo-Kazooie
Poke'mon Snap (fuckin sweet)

N64 is what really changed my life and turned me into a gamer. I didnt even know what it was and i had nes and snes, my mom just came home with some big box one day and was like here i bought you this with a bunch of games. Tony Hawks pro skater, omg i played this so much, nobody was able to beat my session scores. 4player matches on goldeneye, so many memories, playing for money, respect, everything all night. Mario Kart was the family competition game. I played Turok a lot too, took me like a year to beat it though. Definitely one of the greatest consoles of all time.
