Okashira

So I was wondering why in many japanese sites call Faris "Okashira", or make jokes with that word with Faris...
I only know the monster okashira but nothing more, please help? ;__;

Becaue 'Okashira' is the term used sometimes for 'boss' or the person at the top.

It literally stands for 'head', the symbol for 'kashira' is the same symbol used for 'head' and adding 'o' gives a sense of importance for many things (eg. Oniichan means big brother, but some just say niichan).
