You can easily remedy this by choosing not to receive emails from us in your user control panel.

I never got an email from FFF and I've been inactive for a long time. All you have to do is what Garnet said.

User CP > Edit Options (Under "Settings & Options") > Uncheck "Recieve Email from Administrators" (Under "Messaging & Notification")

That's where I believe the exact location is.
