"No Obligations, Rules or Authority" - I've never heard that before. I read somewhere that in the Japanese version there was another meaning to the name NORA. Having it an acronym sounds like a good idea I suppose. It makes the group's name sound better.

I see a few name changes. "Lake Bilge" is now "Lake Bresha" and the "Blaze Edge" seems to be the "Blazefire Saber" and "Bowdam" now "Bodhum". Why these names have been changed from the Japanese I'm not too sure.
