Alright you guys so as you know after you defeat Exdeath (tree form) in the rift, he is consumed by the Void and becomes Neo Exdeath. When he emerges he says he will wipe everything from existance, and then wipe himself out afterwards. So with that being said my question is Neo Exdeath either a part of the void, the void itself, or something completely different after being swallowed by the void. Me personally I'm leaning towards the last one, but I'm curious of what you guys think.

I think he becomes the void itself, basically merging with it. At least that's kind of the impression I got. After he is defeated, everything that was swallowed by the void is returned. You may want to check out the FF Wiki's articles on the void and Neo Exdeath. They may help as well.
I did but the only thing it says The Void swallowed him and boom out came Neo Exdeath. Personally I'm leaning towards the idea that he becomes a product of the void simply because he said that he too will vanish once he finished erasing all of existence.
