012: Duodecim Quickly level up

I've read somewhere that there's a strategy to increase your lever from 1 to 100 in only one fight!! Is it true?? there's written that I need a game plan called "luck" (don't know if it's called like this in English, I just translated it from Italian). But the only 2 game plans I can get from the PG catalogue are "fat chocobo" and "black chocobo". Where can I get this plan "luck"?
Then, when I choose the character I want to fight with, I have to set the level of my opponent at 100. But... I can't!! 'cause he can be just 60 levels (maximum) higher than me. There's no way to get something to make him 100 levels higher than me... in the PG catalogue this option doesn't appear, the maximum is 60. How can I do??
If you can help me, I'll be very happy, 'cause I'm going mad for this
If you don't know anything about it, could you help me giving me some strategies to increase quickly my level?? thanks a lot

Well, Black Chocobo is your 'luck' because it's focused on boosting exp% if I recall

If I remember right the strategy for it is 100% exp boost, the three chocobo items (feather, wing and... I forget the other, but it basically gives you 150% combined) also setting the game to your 'special day' for further EXP boosts (more if you bought the boosts in the PP catalog)

As for your level problem, you need to have one character reach 100 on their own before you can get the enemy to level 100, but once you do, take on either Exdeath or Gabranth (the latter is safer, since his EX mode attacks are simple to dodge)

Yoou can get your level to 100 in just under an hour, its tedious and boring but it can be done. You need to set the opponents level as high as it can go an d use Hp attacks because EXP gained is based on how much damage you do.

And wall rush Damage gives you even more,
set the AI to its lowest level, and just beat the living crap out of them try and finish with
EX Burst for more EXP.

As for as the Luck plan goes, No Idea Sorry.
