Quistis' Blue Magics

I'm having trouble getting these:

Laser Cannon <--> Homing Laser
Power Generator <--> Ray Bomb
Dark Matter <--> Shockwave Pulsar

The first 2 I'm having trouble finding them full stop. The last (the Dark Matter). I know I need 100 Curse Spikes and Siren at level 100 to convert them into Dark Matter. I also know that Tri-Face drop them but I cannot find any anywhere. I've tried the Island Closest to Hell and The Island Closest Heaven and Grandidi Forest but nothing. Am I even looking in the right place?

you can find tri faces in the deep sea reaearch center i remember fight a few on my travels through there , and as for the other items i cannot remember right now... sorry

yeah go to the part near ultima weapon in the deep sea reasearch center and on the 1st part to ultima weapon (after doin all the steam pressure) there is a encounter only of tri faces. for laser cannon behemels drop (read from site or the boss thing in the place where u fight adel drops them).
