I just put this game in mainly because it was from the creators of Star Ocean. I like the game because well it's one of those cheeseball games. I duno Tri-Ace tends to make cheesy games.....anyway what do you guyz thin

I played Radiata Stories a little bit, not as much as I would have liked. I guess I just had trouble getting into it. I think it had something to do with working 70+ hours a week at the time, therefore leaving me little time to actually play. Hopefully I'll be able to pick it up again sometime soon.

It's kind of annoying really. Because of work I have put down so many games, and as a result, lost interest in them. Like Radiata Stories, Dragon Quest VIII, Star Ocean: Till the End of Time, and now the current game I am playing, Rogue Galaxy. I still play Rogue Galaxy at least a few times a week in order to try and keep into it, but it's slowly slipping away from me, I can feel it. Just another reason to hate work.

Radiata Stories did seem like at leasta decent game though. Perhaps I'll try and pick it back up again when (and if) I finish Rogue Galaxy.

I've given up on Tri-Ace games. After playing Radiata Stories and SO:3, I've come to find their style of gameplay just isn't for me. Actually I also played another one of their recent releases... waht was that one about? It's the only one of the 3 I finished... it wasn't any good. They are funny games... but the plots are weak and the gameplay style is just horrible. It's flat out terrible.

And when someone gets a chance, toss together a Rogue Galaxy review. That's a game I've wanted to take a crack at for a very long time now... and now that it's released I just haven't felt like picking it up. Dunno why.

You must've not gotten to the point in SO3 where the story picks up, I found that to be one of the best games out there. Same with DQ8. Although the story lacks greatness, the gameplay and challenges were amazing. My bet is that you probably got stuck at one boss and didnt want to train for 5 hours. I had a slight problem with that too.

But to Radatia Stories. I've never played it, but since you say its from the SO people, I might pick it up because, well.. SO rocks.

Don't expect Star Ocean Par Gameplay. IF i had to say anything negative about the game i'd say the gameplay was really choppy but very simple to. I mean a 10 year old could pick this game up and play it. But the story supposedly gets like really serious and i thought "this cheesy game gets serious?" that's really the only reason i'm playing it. But overall i like it. funny gmae xD.
