Sure many stories have struck the hearts of both men and women, leaving deep marks of love, friendship, loyalty, betrayal, life, death, happiness and tragedy. Many have carved their legacy with simple lines, others were more complex and some were deeper than the rest. We have heard of many writers but none like Shakespeare whose story, "Romeo and Juliet", has caused such impressions on many readers.

Our RP will be based on the events that happened in "Romeo and Juliet", with the gentle touche of the FFF community.

~+~====Introduction===~+~​

In Paris, two households, both alike in dignity have lead a poisonous feud which has lasted over ages. Both the Capulets and the Montagues have lead lives of such rivalry that have caused much suffering to both families. Who would have thought that from such deepening hatred love could have been born?

~+~====The Cast====~+~​


*I will add descriptions later but we can change their appearances. If you join you can submit a new RP Bio and select one of the names of the characters. For example: I will use my character Julius as "Romeo".

~+~House Montague~+~
Romeo: Only son of Lord Montangue. He falls in love with Juliet soon after meeting her in a masquerade held in the Capulet Mansion.
Lord Montague: Lord of the Montangue Family, Romeo's father.
Lady Montangue: Lady of the Montangue Family, Romeo's mother,
Mercutio: Romeo's best friend, a total joker whose lively spirit surpasses any negative situation. His great sense of humor has earned him both friends and enemies alike.
Benvolio: Romeo's cousin and best friend of Mercutio. The dinamic due is known for getting involved in problems for their pranks.
Balthasar: A young man part of the Montangue Family. One of the many good friends that Romeo has.
Friar Laurence: The priests who assists Romeo and Juliet in their secret marriege. (can be changed for another original RP Character).

~+~House Capulet~+~
Juliet: Only daughter of Lord Capuler. Romeo's lover.
Lord Capulet: Juliet's father.
Lady Capulet: Juliet's mother.
Nurse: Juliet's nanny and also one of her best friends. She is most likely found near Juliet, always taking care of her.
Tybalt: Juliet's cousin and a skilled swords and guns. He possesses a deepening hatred towards the Montangue and holds a deep grudge towards anyone who belongs to the house of his enemy.

Paris: Young noble who wishes to marry Juliet. His marriage was arranged by Juliet's parents even though Juliet didn't want to marry him. He challanges Romeo near the end.


~+~====Discussion====~+~

*We can add more characters, even ones that don't actually belong to the original story. Original Bios are welcome to join the RP as long as they choose one the the sides (Capulet or Montangue).
*To join you must meet some requirements such as:
-RP Bio
-Good Behavior
-Some experience in Role Plays.

*For RP Bios you need at least:
-Name:
-Household: (Either House Capulet or Montangue)
-Apperance:
-Equipment: (swords, guns, etc....)
-History: (brief please)

*Advanced Bios are welcome but as long as you meet the basic requirements you'll do fine.

*The story will follow part of the original storyline with some slight changes. For example: A final battle will take place in the Capulet Mausoleum and Tybalt will survive the gun shot, even though Tybalt whereabouts will be unknown to everyone.

The Capulet Mausoleum will be consumed by fire while Romeo challanges Tybalt to a final battle and the fight will take place in a chapel. Juliet will drink the potion which will make her sleep.

It's up to us if Romeo and Juliet die....so let's see how this ends.

Rules:
-No Godmodding.
-No Powerplaying.
-No Supernatural Powers (skilled swordsmanship, high jumps and such are acceptable, but now supernatural explosions like "FF" battles)
-No one hit kills.
-NO ONE LINERS: one liners are considered as spam, and end up spoiling the fun. Please write at least one paragraph (which is at least five sentences). Try to be as descrptive as possible, or at least try to give us an idea of what the hell you are doing.
-Be active or if you will be innactive, tell us here ^_^

by the way i have never watched/read romeo and juliet but i want to tybalt so could you send the history or can i make a custom one?

Sumary:
Juliet's cousin, one of the villains of the story. Tybalt was known for his great swordsmanship skills and for his ego which made him look quite arrogant. He was called the "King of Cats" by Mercutio (Romeo's friend).

Having a deep hatred towards the Montangue, Tybalt will stop at nothing to ensure that his "family's name" remains untarnished by the Capulet. When he noticed the relation that was developing between Romeo and Juliet, Tybalt's anger was aroused and he was ready to strike him down and send Romeo to his death.

Stopped by Lord Capulet, (all this happened during a masquarade) Tybalt left the main hall with shame and a deep grudge towards Romeo.

In a confrontation on the Verona Streets, Tybalt challanges Romeo to a duel but he is interrupted by Mercutio. A fierce brawl takes place between Mercutio and Tybalt which ends up in a battle between members of both houses, Capulets and Montangues.

Mercutio, who is a known joker, easily made all this look like a simple fight between rival houses. Tybalt whose anger was aroused by Mercutio's mockery, did not consider this as a simple brawl, and took things more seriously.

Romeo tried to stop the battle between Mercutio and Tybalt and, as a result, Mercutio was hurt under Romeo's arm by Tybalt's sword. The wound was deep and fatal, and Mercutio wandered from left to right making jokes and in the end, cursing both houses and blaming them for his own death.

Mercutio dies in Romeo's arms, and for that, Romeo's anger is aroused and he challanges Tybalt to a one on one duel. Romeo slays Tybalt and is vanished from the Verona Streets on the penalty of death if he is found in the city.

**We will change the part of Tybalt's death though and make it more dramatic like having a final confrontation. Also I forgot to add the Juliet's fiancee, the prince that Lord Capulet have chosen to marry his daughter.**
 
What about Paris guy? If I remember well Paris wanted to marry Juliet, if I may I want to be Paris.

Thanks, I'll add that to the first post or wait. You could join as "Paris" and change some things about this character, make him more cool and less like an idiot.....

:lol: Don't worry FFGuy, RPG Inferno has nothing to do with "RP" battles.

Let's see what happens during the final battle at the chapel, with the flames and explosions all around us. Fighting to surpass each other to defend our honor, our diginity, and above all else, our pride.
 
i know i was just kidding

and like you said we dont know if that final battle will happen or the flames for all we know we could shake hands and make friends but that would be plain boring lol
 
Well I had a book report on 'Romeo and Juliet' not so long ago so I remember something.
Ok, heres about Paris' appearance:

Name: Paris Greeder
DOB: / (that wasn't in book)
Household: well he was on Capulet family's side
Appearance: (i'll change his appearance) long dark brown hair, red robe with snakeskin belt and snakeskin boots.
Equipment: rapier with golden hilt and carvings on the blade.
History: Well everything I know that he was a rich guy and a friend to Capulets, he wanted to marry Juliet and her father approved it.
