When these pillars get pulled down,
It will be you who wears the crown,
And I'll owe everything to you

How much pain has quaked your soul?
How much love would make you whole?
You're my guiding lightning strike

I can't find the words to say,
They're overdue,
I've traveled half the world to say,
I belong to you

And she attacks me like a Leo,
When my heart is split like Rio,
And I assure you my debts are real

I can't find the words to say,
When I'm confused,
I travelled half the world to say,
You are my muse

Ah! réponds, réponds à ma tendresse,
Verse-moi, verse-moi l'ivresse,
Réponds à ma tendresse,
Réponds à ma tendresse,
Ah, verse-moi l'ivresse,

Verse-moi, verse-moi l'ivresse
Réponds à ma tendresse!
Réponds à ma tendresse!
Ah! verse-moi l'ivresse

I belong,
I belong,
To you alone

I can't find the words to say,
They're overdue,
I've traveled half the world to say,
I belong to you

Can anyone offer a decent translation to that part? I assume it's French, though I could be wrong, I did have a bash with google, but it wasn't the greatest of results. Them translators stink as much as my farts this evening

This is what I got from French to English, and well, it's shite ¬_¬

Ah! answer, answer my tenderness, Verse me, pours to me l' intoxication, Answer my tenderness, Answer my tenderness, Ah, pours to me l' intoxication, Pour me, pours to me l' intoxication Answer my tenderness! Answer my tenderness! Ah! pour to me l' intoxication

And I'd just like to know what it's saying :gonk:

I suppose this thread could be used for similar queries, because other than just randomly clicking the first translator I came up with on google I wouldn't know how to translate shit ¬¬ I'm not even sure if it even IS fucking French, I just assumed :rage:

Ah! réponds, réponds à ma tendresse,
Verse-moi, verse-moi l'ivresse,
Réponds à ma tendresse,
Réponds à ma tendresse,
Ah, verse-moi l'ivresse,

Verse-moi, verse-moi l'ivresse
Réponds à ma tendresse!
Réponds à ma tendresse!
Ah! verse-moi l'ivresse

Ah! respond, respond to my tenderness!
Fill me, Fill me with ecstasy!
Respond to my tenderness!
Respond to my tenderness!
Ah!, Fill me with ecstasy!

Fill me, Fill me with ecstasy!
Respond to my tenderness!
Respond to my tenderness!
Ah!, Fill me with ecstasy!

Now I am positive that that is the correct translation.

I hope that solved your problem and that the song makes more sense to you now. XD

It is annoying when they sing in English and then in another language.

I'd only like it if they sung in English and then sung the exact same lyrics in the language of their choice just so you can see the difference.

Ah ha, that make much more sense, the translator I used was clearly rubbish xD

Actually was it French?
