This is just a quick thread to check if anyone would be interested in joining a Sons of Anarchy RP.

Been playing with the idea for a while and now I may finally have the chance to get it going :D
 
Yea its the biker thing, ive been rewatching all of the episodes and am midway through season 2 at the moment :D
Once ive finished watching season 2 I shall start creating a template for peoples to join :P
The main factions to join will be the SoA, The Mayans, 9ers and the ATF.

Just for a reference the MC = Motorcycle Club for those who werent sure what it meant.

The Four Factions: Are all accepting new members still.

Sons of Anarchy the RP will consist of four main factions:


(For the sake of this RP, the presidential powers shall be passed around at some point during the RP to make things fair for others)

Sons of Anarchy:
The Sons of Anarchy was founded by Jax Tellers father John Teller and Piney whos real name is Piermont Winston, as a means to help protect their town from crime and other such illegal acivities, but somewhere down the line for the good of the club the lines became blurred and the club began to extort businesses, smuggle guns and drugs and other such profitable illegal activities.

The SoA are run by a group of the original members called the First 9. Although they MC has elected a president to speak on behalf of the club, although what the president says gets put up for a vote by the other members of the club.

The rest of the club is split up into different ranks within the club, the next in command of the club is the vice president who is elected into the club, although there was a case of it being passed from father to son, in the case of Jax Teller, although he lost his Vice-Presidentcy due to making a wrong decision on patching over a latino controlled gang.

The next in command are the Sgt's. at arms, these guys are the best guys to send to extort or smuggle.

The club has one spot to be filled, The undead one, This member is the only member trusted with assassination's on behalf of the club. The original Undead One died at the hands of Jax Tellers wrong decision involving the Latino gang.

Then all the rest are Prospects, members who have been accepted into the club as an apprentice of sorts, allowing them to prove their worth to the club.

The most influential MC in the states it has gained influence in. Their connections spread as far as New York.

The Mayans:
The Mayans are the main rivals to the SoA, although they have traded guns in the past, that has never happened since Clay and Jax still had their Presidential powers.

Since those days the Mayans have become almost as influential as the SoA although they are now looking for a new leader as Alvarez was caught by the ATF on a solo gun run.

The Mayans a Mexican MC and seeks to dominate the heroin markets in the areas owned by other MC's.


The 9'ers:
The 9'ers are a black gang that is in constant skirmishes with the two main dominant MC's of the surrounding states.

The 9'ers are lead by a man called Leeroy, he runs the 9'ers as a brotherhood for the black community. Although they use their strip clubs and bars as a front for their less than legal activities, such as pushing 'Crank' on the streets as well as gun trafficking.

The ATF:
These are a group of goverment workers who are sent out to investigate any evidence of the MC's illegal gun smuggling activities. The ATF has had countless cases against the local MC's, but due to the police being in the MC's pockets all evidence seems to 'mysteriously' dissappear.

Abel is the exact image of his father Jax.
Abel stands at 6ft 1in, slightly taller than his father and is average build and weight for a man of his size.
He has the standard Reaper tattoo on his back and several tribal tattoos that cover his left bicep, chest and stomach.
History with the club:
Abel was born into the club and from birth was destined to become the next President of the club after Clay his grandfather.
After growing up to the age of five without any troubles, the club decided they where going to start accepting younger recruits to see what would happen if they raised one of their own within the club.
After witnessing first hand his fathers mistakes that cost several members of the club their lives, the undead one whom was assigned to wait in the van with Abel was mercilessly dragged from the van and decapitated by the Latinos as a message to the club that they dont take kindly to patch overs.

After witnessing this traumatic event Abel began having flashbacks to that night and from then on a great hatred for the Latinos began to grow within him.

At school he was being bullied by the Latino gangs children for being a part of the SoA.
After putting up with the bullying for a long time until the age of 16 Abel finally snapped one day and was responsible for putting 15 of the Latino gangs children in intensive care for beating them within an inch of their lives during a sports lesson.

The Latinos retaliated against this by blowing up the shipment of guns the SoA had bought and where transporting from the IRA contacts.

The explosion killed Bobby and left Abel with a broken arm and several burns from the force.

After that day Abel became a full fledged member and replaced Bobby, and he was gifted his first bike by Bobby in his will. That is now what Abel calls the bike in memory of the first rider of the bike, in someways to remember Bobby through his bike.

Since becoming a full member of the Club Abel was given his first cut.

Since that day Abel has risen through the ranks and has become a shining example of what homegrown members are capable of.

That was until the day the ATF arrived back on the streets of Charming..

History with the club: Formerly a member of the hells angels, he was asked very nicely to replace the killed assasin for the SoA. He accepted the role but still wears the colours of the hells angels as well as the SoA ones too, so far he is the only person who has ever been a member of two bike gangs at the same time without being killed. though many have tried.

Barmaid and part time lieutennant of the SoA not many people will survive disrespecting her, not because of her having protection from the club but because she is a master of kick boxing. in fact she once broke Pauls nose for a sexist comment.

I shall be starting the RP either tonight or tommorow. Wether it means two people having to RP for a while or not it shall start on schedule :awesome:
I do not wish to delay in starting this for I have some ideas I want to incorperate into the storyline.

Finished watching SoA Season 3 :P Great finale...
And the RP will pick up from 21 years after the end of season 3.
