List what presents you received for Christmas! :yay:

1.) I got $100 from my mom.

2.) I got a nice v-neck sweater from my mom as well.

So far that's all I've got, but I have more presents I can open later on tonight after we eat dinner, so I can say I'm pretty excited. :yay:

$495 counted together from my great aunt, grandma, grandpa, and dad.

My mom got me a 40" Sony Bravia HDTV a few months ago as an early present.

And Mafia II from my aunt.

Can't wait to go out and spend some of that cash tomorrow. :wacky:

We were all pretty poor, so we did secret santa, so from my brother in law, I got a Wal-Mart gift card worth ??? and Pokemon: The Orange Islands season. :yay:

Them from my parents/santa, I got a Vanilla :ryan: bath/shower set, and a cute little Hawaiian candle set.

...and a dead mouse. :wacky:

Let me think :hmm:

$35 from my brother with scrath and win cards he he

Gloves and scaf and pants from my mom

................

Pretty good.

My house doesn't have the most money but getting gifts is always kick ass.

Now I can get my paintbrushes, the only thing I asked for Christmas. A game would have been nice though... he he

I got a GPS, some new headphones, then a bunch of kitchen stuff that we needed. I'll probably also get a bit of cash and/or gift cards from family members in the mail.

From Steve I got a new watch! I was so excited because I've been wanting one for ages! He said after he already bought it, that I said I really really wanted one. So that made him feel good about his choice. XD

Then he bought me a new set of earrings! I desperately needed new ones. He got me this gorgeous yellow gold ones that I don't have to take out when I got to sleep! They're small enough that they won't get caught on anything and won't annoy me in my sleep. <3 So thoughtful. <3

Another thing he said that he'd already bought and then I started to say how much I needed new ones. XD

We got three sets of curtains for our house that we are in desperate need of from my parents. They spent $410 on them too! We would never have got that much cash out of them if we had of just asked for money. >.< So happy they got us something we needed that we didn't really have the money to get ourselves.

We got a new quilt cover set from my brother and his girlfriend, which was very thoughtful and also something we were in need of!

Then from my parents I got a little wooden jewellery box with some bracelets in it.
A little soap and hand cream set.
And some more deoderant.

Think they're trying to tell me something. XD

From my best friend I got three rose scented candles that I really wanted.
A sifter for cooking.
A nice new top.
Some fluffy pink handcuffs. XD
A photo album.
The Katy Perry CD I've been wanting for ages!
And some lolly ghost drops! My favourite!

It's been an awesome Christmas this year. =)

From The BF: Pandora Bracelt, a new Ipod Nano: orange colour, Donkey Kong Country Returns,a Digital Photofram and a nice purfume.

From the Sister: A pandora Bead, a necklace and something to use in the car so you can hear your ipod through the stereo

From dad: $350, a stewie from family guy towel and a pomeranian calendar

From others: Gift cards and monnies and stuff and chocolates! :D

Our Christmas wasn't anything special. Jeff and I basically spent all our money on a ticket for him here, and we saved up enough money to spend on groceries and some extras in the three months he's here.

So that was big present number one, I suppose. :lew:

I got him an orange T-shirt. With an inside joke text. "Burb. Catching flies in Toronto." :wacky:

And he got me the new The Maine CD :ryan:

I got my mom a soapy bathing set, seeing she's insane about smelly bath stuffs. :wacky:

That was really it for us. :lew:

Lots of cool stuff :awesome::
-Money from Dad
-Some candy and a jar of Nutella
-A few nice clothes
-A 100% polyurethane carry-on-sized purse that you'd swear was leather (they ought to make all leather stuff out of that O_O)
-A few CDs that I'd been wanting
-An old, OLD out-of-print nonfiction book by Helge Ingstad and others about pre-Columbian trips to the new world
-An Emma Watson autograph from Mom (my Harry Potter buddy XD)
-And my husband made me an awesome set of steampunk "mad scientist" goggles from scratch, they came out really kick-ass and I'll try to get a picture up at some point :wacky: Had lots of fun today.

I got clothes. :hmph:

I guess I also transferred one of my World of Warcraft Characters to another server too, and ordered a new graphics card so I could have bearable FPS again.

I got a few books! :33

DragonQuest, DragonKnight, DragonLight and the Inheritance Almanac. Yesh, I am a nerd (freak) for dragons, I know. xD

But its good, because Donita is a beautiful writer. :)

I goooot.

32' HD TV. I love it, my old TV, while only a few inches smaller, was anciiiient. I'll keep this at home until I get a flat with my friend though, not taking it with me when I go back to uni accommodation.
Black overcoat.
White jumper.
Black Tshirt.
Sims 3 PS3.
Assassins Creed Brotherhood PS3.
Star Wars: The Force Unleashed 2 PS3.
Super Paper Mario Wii.
Epic Mickey Wii.
Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Echoes of Time Wii.
Box of chocolates.
Homer Simpson slippers.
Mini Purple Hair Straighteners (from my brother), which I was in desperate need of.
Pajama set.
Economically packed deodorant (no idea how that works yet)
And about 60 quid off various family members. Half my family didn't get me anything this year because "you're 18 now" :lew:

Overall, very happy with Christmas this year :jess:

I gooooooooooooooooot................

1: A Jeff Gordon T-Shirt

2: A 3-month subscription to Xbox Live

3: Risen (Xbox 360)

4: 2 add-on packs for Dragon Age: Origins

So far, nothing has disappointed me yet, and Risen is almost what I expected it to be. Kinda slow at the beginning, which is where I'm at right now, but I have a feeling that things will pick up as the game goes along.

I'm really happy with what I got since I didn't asked for something in particular. I have received three 50$ gift certificates for Best Buy from my father, sister and grandmother. My mom gave me clothes (shirts, socks and a very comfortable pyjama) and a very nice coffee mug since I'm a big coffee drinker.

My cousin gave me today a necklace with a maya head. She's an artist and she sculpted the head herself. I'm very happy with that gift in particular because it's unique. I got some chocolate from my uncle but I'm not a big chocolate eater.

A $25 gift card for Best Buy
Stephen King's "Hearts of Atlantis"
Akira (vols 1 and 2)
Northern Kings - Reborn
Dark Moor - Beyond the Sea
Family Guy: It's a Trap!
A new (Star Wars themed) tie :3
Jumper Cables
An ungodly amount of chocolate
Loaded Questions (it's a game)
Mystery Science Theater 3000 vol XVII (ROWSDOWER!)
and a random little stocking-stuffer: Mad Magazine's 20 Dumbest Things of 2010.

Oh, and a doozy:

Because ever since I began playing with legos (which was before I was even five), there has not been a single Christmas in which I haven't gotten at least one lego product :)

EDIT: I've got the ship built and waging war against the pirate ship I got last year. I swear the new ships are updated with SOMETHING new every year. This thing's got a friggin PIPE ORGAN in the main cabin...

I did not really ask for much this year but yah here is what I got. Over $350 which I will use to buy what I am missing tomorrow. I got Mass Effect II on xbox 360. Overall its is a really great game. I am enoying it rather well atm. Played a bit of it. I got Super mario all stars limited edition on Wii which has all the classic Mario games which I absolutely love :ryan:. Also even though I didnt ask for it I got Kinect for xbox 360. I set it up but havent tried it yet. Plus it isnt just Kinect itself. It was bundled with an Xbox 360 Slim. Haha So now I have 2 xboxes. Well that is good. Incase I want to play xbox and my brother does also. Thing is I dont like the decided location of The new xbox. It is just weird and I would love to set it up somewhere else :hmmm: So with all that money Ill buy a few things tomorrow :andry:

This year, I received...

+ Golden Sun: Dark Dawn (DS)
+ "Wizard's First Rule" and "Stone of Tears" by Terry Goodkind
+ Mock the Week Next Year's Book
+ This random but awesome ornament of a skeleton's hand holding a snowglobe with a gravestone inside it, with bats instead of snow.
+ Phantasy Star Portable (PSP)
+ A Drifloon plushie
+ A small black voodoo doll ornament thing.
+ Clothes
+ Vanquish (PS3)
+ Wolfenstein (PS3)
+ £10 worth of apps for my iPod
+ £20 cheque, £10 cash and £20 HMV voucher
+ A silver pen with my name engraved on it
+ The Broken Saints DVD boxset

All I really needed was Golden Sun, so I'm quite content :yay:

This Christmas was an okay Christmas for my whole family and relatives here (Vegas)

Because, my Grandpa had a funeral on the 23rd, and the whole family always has their party on the 24th, because it would be Christmas in Philippines already.

So, everyone was recovering from his passing, and not many people showed up to the said party.

Here's what I got -

$50
Old Navy Polo
Sean John Hoodie

That's about it. :wacky:

Oooookay, I have everything on the bed next to me, now to start listing them (omitting all the chocolate given to me by friends):
  • Around £250 of money from each of my family members, cousins, aunt and uncle. I'm probably due to get more today as we're actually meeting up with more relatives, which is ideal if I intend to go on a shopping spree today.
  • A cute daisy necklace from the bf. He totally had no idea what to get me and just went with that because he knows I'm fond of flowers. xD
  • A Nica purse with a heart on it. I'm not too overly fond of the beige colour, but I really like it regardless.
  • A couple of novels from Waterstones.
  • Pink scarf. Kind of random as I've enough scarves, but I didn't have a pink one yet, so that was err...thoughtful. xD
  • Another scarf, but this time a panda one. It looks so cute. :jess:
  • Finally a black buckle jacket that I haven't tried on yet. I'm really not sure how I'd look in that and whether or not it's too big for me. xD
I never really asked for anything, so I was surprised to see what a large list of presents I actually have. Currently I'm very content with what I have, even though I probably have too much chocolate at the moment.

I got £300 from my Dad, £50 each from my Grandma/Grandad and my Uncle and then £100 off of my Mum. I only asked for money anyway since I have really been a present person for the last 2 years, any clothes I get I have to buy since I totally hate other people buying me clothes other than my ex. :wacky: I'll probably save this money anyway to pay my rent in July/August then have my CCCU and Lubrizol Scholarship to buy anything since I get them both near my birthday. :)
