If you see the 3 red lights on your xbox's power indicator you know you're fucked. Apparently it's been a real big issue especially with some of the first release Xbox 360s. And some of them aren't under warranty any longer, although I've heard rumors microsoft finally acknowledged the issue enough to extend the manufacturer's warranty from the default 1 year to 3. If you can't get your machine fixed under warranty any longer, or you just don't mind voiding your warranty to fix it yourself, then give this article a look. Some guy made it and posted it up on a mustang forum that I visit.

I've already saw this at Rllmuk and the fact that they are willing to payback those who have already had their consoles repaired. Good move by Microsoft me thinks.
