The Resurrection of The Empire
And so: The Emperor was killed by his own apprentice, whom helped the last of the Jedi escape... Luke Skywalker, the last young Jedi, accompanied by his sister, Princess Leia, his friend and her husband, Han Solo, the trusty wookie, Chewbacca, and the faithful droids, C3P0 and R2D2, searched the galaxy for anyone with similar capabilities, and educated them like Obi Wan Kenoby had done for him. Seventy years later - after Luke's death - there was a population of two hundred and seventeen Jedi living in the restored Coruscant.
Soon after Chewbacca - the last of the group - had died, whispers floated around the Academy of Coruscant of storm-troopers and Sith, the Old Empire and the Dark Side of the force. For as they muttered in hushed voices behind the backs of their tutors, all Jedi - training or practicing the art - knew of the threat hovering above them.
Seven Jedi had been spotted in Tatooine, mercilessly imprisoning citizens of Mos Eisly. No Jedi of the light side could do that. Sith were around. Days later, there were rumors of another Death Star's construction. It was believed that the captives of Mos Eisly were building it. The new Republic sent fleet after fleet to destroy the potentially catastrophic ship, but they were countered by an army that had seemingly come from nowhere. They appeared to be Storm Troopers, but called themselves Jearthos, and were better equipped and much more tactical and collected in battle.
In the third conflict, the Death Star almost finished, the New Republic retreated - quitting while they were ahead. Although the Jearthos were still great in number, hundreds of them had been killed and at least fifty taken prisoner. Back at Coruscant, which was also HQ of the New Republic, helmets and fire-arms removed, some of the soldiers were identified. As citizens of Mos Eisly - captured some years ago by the Sith. When questioned, none of them responded, staring blankly ahead.
Two years later, and it was revealed that the Death Star had been launched. Whole planets were falling - Endor, Hoth and Dagobah... All destroyed, simply because they refused to bend to the New Empire's will. Tatooine was completely enslaved, its people being bred simply to be sold to slavery, or to join the ranks f the Jearthos. Dark times indeed... And yet still, little was known of the New Empire - other than their omni-presence and omni-potency in the galaxy...
Right, so, upon watching VI again, I decided that most of the Sith in fact sucked. Maul didn't impact, Vader was a good guy, Dooku looked like my Grandad, Grievous couldn't use the force and Cidious became a squelchy thing in III. So here is our chance to redeem themselves. As mentioned, there are seven Sith (not including the emperor) to play as, but if necessary, you can be an elite Jearthos or a corrupted Jedi. Beforehand, though, I'd like all eight already open places to be filled.
Although anyone can join, I'd prefer someone who is skilled at RPing and won't just quit to play the emperor please.
