alright well i was on yahoo searching images today of ff9 Garnet hoping to find a cool new wallpaper someone made or something ya know
then i find manga pages of cutely drawn ff9 thing..Garnet was in it..its in japanese so i dont know what it is saying. then Garnet is walking around alone..then the next manga page she is getting raped by two guys..now wtf? why is someone gonna waste their time drawing it all out..every detailed scene. showing agressiveness a struggle of a real rape?
like they knew?? besides all that i left a long complaint to the creator. people actually left comments saying they enjoyed it and..(did things off of it) eww..why does people have to ruin the ff franchise by making it some hentai porn thing? it pisses me off and disgusts me. dont get me started on Tifa or yuna..ugh its annoying and actualy companys hentai companys use tifa in alot of things. She should be used as a symbol of a strong beautiful women as well as Garnet..not some sex symbol. i think the problem of it all is that..they are girls!! pretty girls..soo alot of perv men attack them and use them as their deepest darkess disgusting desires..i would know cause hell i live around alot of registered petifiles and pervs..sadly but yeah anyways why do people enjoy wasting their times making this? ruining the ff's purpose of having these characters..especally something like rape? ugh!

yeah though its squares characters,,its the person's drawings..their creation but then again square developed..there might not be a loophole though..im sure square is aware of this?

I'm sure Square is aware of it, but they won't do anything about it. It's called fan-art and hentai. You're going to find a lot of it amongst FF characters unfortunately. People do this kind of stuff all the time. I'm sure she isn't necessarily getting "raped" but more or less it's fan doujinshi/hentai. Japanese people are notorious for drawing up and writing hentai/porn scenarios with video game characters. I wouldn't take offense to it if I were you. Unfortunately it isn't just with Garnet either. It's with a lot of different characters. People just really enjoy drawing that kind of stuff, and sometimes they make it even more disgusting that just that.

as a ff fan i wouldnt enjoy having the characters used for this
its dumb disgusting and werid..shows how many sickos we have in the world. and yes..in the manga she was getting raped..(force to have sex without consent) so yes it was like that and i hate stuff about that. i mean it looked like it could be a real selled manga book

Theres stuff like that for all sorts of franchises, not just Final Fantasy. You're right. It's what happens when they put cute looking female characters into games, cartoons, comics, and other non-real media. I think its because they can get away with it because it isn't a real person, or resembling a real person, so it isn't insulting to any real life person that lives.
It's just fans minds going beserk, and creating all sorts of erotic stuff. Personally, I've seen some (the internet is a big, yet very small place) that are good artists and I wonder why they put their energy into making full storylines to things like that, rather than just making a really cool FF fan based comic book or something about the story and characters that doesn't include them getting raped in an alley by men in hoods.

That's just not what I want at all! Give me (non-erotic I must add) "Ultros, the origin tale!" or something relating to Kefka, Red XIII, Vivi... anything! A really cool fan made comic / manga / whatever about really cool characters, in a really cool way...

That said, I'm sure if I ever suggested an Ultros comic up on the internet, I'm sure that the artists would snap the idea up... And create an "Ultros: Tentacles take on eight girls!" dirty comic instead.

Well I don't know much about Japan other than what I read and watch on the news, but unfortunately they seem to be an oversexed younger generation. They idolize alot of the American singers (britney spears and nsync and even marilyn manson) and then copy alot of their moves and such as well as their look.

They also unfortunately draw up the leading Anime which also how JapRpgs came about as well. What I mean about unfortunately is when you see girls in anime, tell me they all don't have big breast, flawless looks in the face and killer legs.. Why? Well I guess that's the image they wish to display. So it's very easy for them to turn these characters into .. well fetishes for teenagers and men. I just wonder what goes through the female mind when their counterpart has admittedly looked at these images and got their jollies from it.

To me it's quite sick.. because the very existence of this is teaching yet another generation how to act. It feeds the sexual appertite by replacing it with .. cartoon pr0n to say the least. I feel terrible for kids who are so withdrawn that they can't have a relationship and turn to this stuff.

Who's to say it's wrong or right though.. no laws quite yet. And the world will go on with these in the closet people watching this crap. If it was never watched in the first place, then it wouldn't be out there, but apparently these graphical images are getting a lot of views. Welcome to Reality..

Ya it's all pretty weird and sick I think. If you are gonna check out pornographic material why not at least a real woman not ya know game characters or anime show characters it's just plain weird and disgusting. But I guess it was bound to happen. That is disgusting and I feel your pain. Whenever I'm looking for nice fanart or sometimes doujinshis of a show or jrpgs, especially FF, I always stumble across these things and it just urks me. And like someone else said here, it's not just the girls that get the treatment. Unfortunately, not only do we live in a world thats filled with creepy perverts or pedos, we also live in a world where anything sex related, makes money. Basically sex sells. Which is sad because there taking something that was once sacred between two individuals and are now flaunting it everywhere in just about anything and sometimes turn it into something as grotesque as rape.
It's a sad world we live in today. It makes me feel bad for the next generation.

Definitely have to agreed with you there, Moondancer. And really, not all of the fan-made stuff is bad. If you're counting doujinshi (yes, I know doujinshi instantly brings to mind the hentai/yaoi/fetish stuff) then there are some amazing ones out there that are really far from that "standard". I have a scan of this absolutely beautiful doujin that's essentially a speculation on how the story of FFVII would have gone if Zack had survived and been in Cloud's place.
