I hope SOMEONE will know how to do this, because I sure don't..
All right, I was looking around on pages and stuff on myspace, and came across this image
I saw that it was pulsating, or whatever you want to call it, and was most likely a blurred image with animated frames.. well the thing is, I want that same effect, but I want it on a different image..
Can someone PLEASE help me..???
