What are some upcoming shows or music festivals that you are going to/thinking about going to?

For me I'm looking forward to the Big Day Out festival. A lot of decent bands are going, but I'm primarily going there to see Tool and Iggy and the Stooges. There are going to be some other interesting acts there such as Rammstein, while I'm not a big fan of their music, I reckon they would put on a decent show. Wolfmother are also going, I saw them last year and they were pretty good so I may check them out again.

I'm also going to the Soundwave festival, mainly because Zack De la Rocha is going (with One Day As A Lion). The Queens of the Stone age and Iron Maiden are also coming, but again I'm not that big a fan of their music but I reckon they would be 'must see' acts. There's going to be a shit ton of other decent acts there as well.

pulp are getting back together this year, and i'm wanting to go see them. so far they've only announced that they'll be at a festival in hyde park so hopefully they put up some tour dates.

elbow start touring soon and i'd like to see them. i just need to find someone to go with.

as for festivals, i'm not bothered which; i just really want to go to one.

I will go to the M'era Luna Festival in Germany. It's a really small festival with 28000 people. In moment they´ve got only some bands and I think most of you don´t know (most of) them. The festival is for the black/gothic/alternative Scene.
