This is a game that I never finished, but I was in love with the art style and the characters and the gloomy dark setting. It was a long time ago,but I think the reason I never finished was because I was confused about the battles or something about confusing weapons or chains?Help me out,I think I'm gonna hunt down another copy. How many have finished it?Did anyone love it and think a sequel would be great or that it should come to PSP?

Don't tempt me and taunt me so! I want this game soooo baaad, but I don't have the money right now (I'm in college). Damn damn damn...

I've had a copy for the last two years and haven't been that bothered to play it. I like the setting and the look of the game but the battle system didn't catch my interest although that may change when I actually play it, also changing weapons to suit different enemies is a good idea but constantly going through the menus to do this was a pain in the ass for me too.

I'll get back to it eventually since it does deserve more attention than I give it.

<- See avatar for my opinion. :D

I've actually planned on getting the X-cross tattoo on my back, as well.

This game was simply amazing. It's definitely challenging as far as the battle system and equip system goes, but so worth it. Definitely give it another shot, or a first shot, if you haven't.

I havent completed this game, tempted to go give it a good thrashing! My ex bought it for me as an aniversary present. The characters remind me of th ones from FF12, their design.

This is still one of my top 5 games, and one of the few I actually completed nigh on 100% ( Well, I had 100% for the map and bestiary, I was just missing some of the rarer weapons ). For some reason this game appealed a lot more to me than many of the Final Fantasy's did, whether it was the dungeon-crawler style, the excellent music, the weapon customisation or the enemy styles. There were just so many things I liked about the game. Still, it burns me that I never did get the Holy Win or Hand Of Light weapons.

I have the game. I just have to sit down and play it someday. I actually like the style of the game... but the characters kind of look strange and the text is even more peculiar. Anyway, the game does look good and I will get to playing it... just not til I get through FFII. lol

DEFFINATLY SOMETHING ILL GET MY TEETH INTO AFTER I COMPLETE FINAL FANTASY 12, I loved the game but i found it really really tough!

I remember playing it, but I never finished it...just have to Ebay it and get it again

The game was awesome, i had so many great weapons on it, and you could name them all as well. I think its cool when you complete it that you can persuade the enemies to help you if you tempt them. My best weapon was called Lazarus, a one handed sword, i made it good against everthing! But i lost my data.....wounded!!

its currently three pounds in the shopi work in, is it worth buying then, not that three pounds is much, its next to nothin, but jus wonderin whether to get it

3 pounds??? o_O
I was at the video game import store the other day and I saw VS for well over $70 dollars! o_O

The highest priced video games included FFVII, VS, Breath of Fire IV...and other classic RPGs. =]

Idk about the rest of N America, but the gamestops, game exchanges and Eb games locations all quit selling PS1 games.

I personally have to go at least 45 minutes out of the way to go to the imported games store to get PS1/SNES games and such. But it's well worth the drive, since they have copies in their original packaging.
VERY pricey though! O.O

I am very glad that I held on to my copy of VS. I did come within inches of selling it when I was younger.

I do regret getting rid of my Lunar and Chrono Cross copies. =[
