Mingchan
ShinRa Guard
Mingchan does not own anything connected to Final Fantasy 9, nor does she own the song at the beggining. Everything belongs to Square Enix and Nobuo Uematsu. This makes her one sad Panda.
Prologue
Roaming sheep in search of the place you've never known
Listen to the wind until you can hear the sign
Roaming sheep in front of the gate that closed so tight
Take a rest on the earth, until you can find the key

In this dream, there is a very beautiful Lady, and a very proud Demon. Together, they are singing a song. A very beautiful melody. I can see that they are very much in love, from the way he holds her in his strong embrace, and how she rests her head on his chest.
The world of the Lady and the Demon is filled with strange and wondrous creatures. Some of them seem familiar with me, though I know not the reason why.
However, though the beings smile, they all carry knives dripping with blood. As the blood drips down, the Demon is suddenly whisked away, and the Lady is surrounded by people, whose faces are shadowed and mysterious to me.
It is always at this very moment that I awaken. I escape from the dream-world of the Lady and the Demon. And there is only one thought on my mind, every time my eyes open, and the rays of the sun filter through the window panes.
What happens after that?

Author's note: This is the prologue to a story that I invented in my head, called War of the Eidolons. The song at the beggining is from FF4, though it didn't come up in the original game. Nobuo wrote it, but the title eludes me at this moment...
I usually do my best to not put in any OCs. Nothing ruins a story like an annoying Mary/Gary Sue...
I'll do my best to update ASAP.
Mingchan OOOOOUUUUuuuutttt.
