Yeah I want to know your opinion of; why did Jecth became the Fayth for the Final Summoning if he was indeed a dream?

It's basically the same reasoning why Tidus, or Jecht could attack any monster.

Sin was made by the dream of the fayth? I beg to differ, considering we are told Yu Yevon is summoning something and Sin is merely his armour. Yu is not a fayth and is not therefore, essentially, an aeon.
I think you may be digging too deep into the subject. Possibly because the fayth were so powerful, they created a person who carried out the functions of a normal human being, including sacrifices towards the final summoning. Remember, Jecht gave himself up to Yunalesca in order to become an aeon.
I don't think there's really anything left to say on that.

Yu Yevon is summoning Dream Zanarkand....and SIn is the armour to protect it. Jecht and Tidus are from DZ. The fayth dream them into Spira so they can do stuff there and whatnot...

That doesn't sound terribly convincing.
In my argumentative nature, I forgot to answer the real question XD.
Now, I will ask you a question: how can there be a "theory" for it? It just happens. You don't ask "why did so-and-so become so-and-so's fayth?", they just do. If you were to question everything, you might as well say, "How can these people use magic?"
Jecht became the fayth for Braska's Final Aeon, why? Because he simply did, nothing more to it
Jecht gave resons why he became a fath befor you fought yunalesca, it was because he thought that he would never see his Zanarkand again
