I couldnt find any threads about this, except that one with saddest songs, but it doesnt have to be sad songs necessarily..

So whats yo favourite anime song mm?

Well, there was a favourite OP thread a while back I think, but I guess this isn't the same thing :lew:

In any case, this is mine:
Much as I loved "Making of a Cyborg" from the first GitS film, this improved on it in every way, in my opinion. The vocals are enchanting, and there is something about them that is just a little bit creepy...

Oh, and this gets an honourable mention:
Easily the most epic anime battle theme ever. This complimented Noein's more dramatic scenes perfectly.
 
I like the Tower Of Druaga: Aegis of Uruk opening. I enjoy listening to J-Ska a lot especially songs from this band. The opening's funny too. Makes you think that the anime's about a normal life being a youth.

 
Bleach - Rolling Star :ryan:

I hate Bleach, but one day when I was burning it for my ex and checking episodes on the DVD to make sure they worked, I kept hearing this song.. and it just.. it' so catchy and makes me wanna bust a groove.
 
The opening to Soul Eater - Resonance.
I could listen to it all day, everyday. xD
Have it on my MP3 and everything.
 
I have too many -.-. But the first one I thought of was Again by YUI, Which is from FullMetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. It's a seriously good song....

The 4th opening from Fullmetal Alchemist :jess: One of my favorite songs ever, let alone just from anime. I can't help but picture scenes from the show whenever I hear it, but it's an excellent song just on its own.

Anything from Cowboy Bebop. Best soundtrack for an anime. Hard to believe this wasn't mentioned first.

This might sound weird but; I love the ending song for Shin Chan, its so fun and that show is so funny and cute, I loved watching it, the characters are all weirdo's and Shin Chan is a mis-fit.

Who doesn't get down to Shin Chan? Party, party, Join us, join us!

I kinda fell in love with the Code Geass soundtrack a while ago. A serious ear worm for me was the first opening, 'Colors'. Also, the 2nd season opener, 'At World's End' was pretty badass too. It's been a while, but they're still my favorite songs right now.
 
OMG Rolling Star by Yui is by far the best anime opening song Ive ever heard of, I played that song everyday along time ago and I still have that thing on my comp. I also found a good remix of it that sounds almost better than the original.
 
I love anything by Sowelu she does a few songs for Full Metal Alchemist and Kung Fu Generation I think they are called also from Full Metal Alchemist I love Rewrite.
Anything from Ghost in the Shell I really enjoy as well.
 
The Darker than Black opening HOWLING is pretty good song,
save for the singers Engrish, but its still an awesome song anyhow;
the endings not bad but the Opening is the one to listen to :)
