Zodiac Spear

Don't open certain chest throughout the game. then when you reach the Necrohol of Nabudis look for a room with 16 chests in. It's in one of those.
 
If I remeber correctly you can't open the chest outside Old Dylans place, One of the chest in the room when you first entre the palace form the sewers. When you begin your escape from Nalbina Dungeon, in the room where you get your equipment back there is another chest that can not be opened, and finally when you reach the Phon Coast near the hunters camp you will find a collection of about twenty chest, one of them cannot be opened, but its safest not to open any.

Finally head to the Nercol Of Nabudis and in one of the rooms you will find a large collection of chest, one of these will hold the Zodiac Spear. If you need any more help, message me and I'll send you an in depth guide to the spear.
 
There's also a chest in the Henne Mines that has one in, isn't there? Sadly it's like a 1/1000 chance of it being in the chest when it spawns or something.
