i just got the zodiak speaer from the nechrohol of nabudis.....is there another one u can get in the henne mines phase 2 dig? or is that in case u missed it in the nechrohol (by opening an earlier chest).....if u could get 2 of those spears that would be alright!!

IS it true your screwed if you open the wrong chests cause that would give this game a two thumbs down for gayness(maybe 3 down) cause if i have to start a new game and lvl my lic. board just to get that spear ill sell anyone my game for $5 cause thats bull shyt

No. It is possible to get the zodiak spear in the Henne mines later on in the game when the door leading east out of the Oar Seperation room is unlocked for the Zodiark esper quest. It is in chest number 15 (according to the Brady games guide) and can only be gotten with a Diamond Armlet equipped, and has a 10% chance of being gotten.
And as to the original question, I have no idea if you can get both or not.. experiment and see for yourself.
