Tortue is a member on gfx aswell. Hes very good. Does some quality renders also. Many members on sigresource are on gfx aswell
I thought they were basically the same forum as they both had similar resources and stuff. I never went to either site for constructive criticism anyway. Only to steal resources heh heh Il be putting together a callout pack soon too I decided though id rather use some nice resources. I dont wanna go into the land of forgotten vectors

Ya i visit fringefx quite often for the resources. I guess il have to go onto the gfxforums and make some KIU posts to get me access to the resources. I remember posting there back in the day so ive probably maybe got around 10 already.
I cant honestly remember the last time i looked at a tutorial for Photoshop . I know roughly what most of the things do. When i followed tutorials as a beginner it was never stock for stock. I would use my own render and own stocks etc. The only reason i used them was so that i could learn what certain functions did and how to do certain things. It wasnt because i wanted to make the sig on the tut. It was to learn.

But now that i know how 'mostly' everything works i have no need to look at them. Digging out the stocks your gunna use and creating your own ideas etc is way more fun. Tutorials are the most boring way of working ever. They are however essential for beginners.
I dont think id ever post my PSD files on any site. I would give them to a friend on this forum if they asked. Ie you , toni, Kira, Mits etc if you asked but would never post them publicly. Do you still visit sig resource?

I was reading your comment on Conor's gfx thread. Ive been a member of gfxforums for years but what is the post requirement before you can see their resources? Is it 25? Back in the day they never had a post requirement but then they implemented it and i stopped using it and just stuck with sigresource.

I totally agreed about the styles of both forums you mentioned aswell. Both forums have a lot of snotty cunts aswell PSD packs of sigs is something i never look at I admit its a reason i like to collab with people is so i can look at their layers but ive never bothered with signature psd packs This is something i might think about

Toni / Bunnymund is getting so good so quickly and ive been helping Conor out aswell and for a beginner hes really fecking good. Also been giving a helping hand to Vircon / Shace. Im telling ya helping others feels very rewarding
