There's many different ways.
If you check your Activity tab on your profile, you'll see some of the ways to acquire them. Posting, making threads, etc. You can also steal Gil from members. Sometimes it's successful, sometimes it fails. It's a gamble.
The easiest way is depositing your Gil to the Bank via vBShop. Everyday you can come back to collect interest. You might wanna store your Gil to the bank in case some of our members decide to steal from you. Or buy the Immunity item from the vBShop > Locke's Satchel.
Just a fun perk for members.

lol Relax its not at hard as most people assume, just do a monthly member check up, if someones inactive for too long send a VM/@ and see if somethings come up, etc. Only reason I really had to step down was personal matters, I'm no good at leading outside of MMO's but its easy

I'm actually waiting to upgrade my graphics card, since it's frustrating to work on photoshop at the moment. The colors I use are coming out a lot darker than what I intended due to screen resolution + combination of other annoying issues. So I've been on break from graphics for a few months now.
And I saw that you like The Last of the Mohicans. Funny, I was just watching that movie the other day! It's a classic.
