I have no idea if I did this right?! I posted this above your message on my member page I think?!?!
Hello!! Yes I am enjoying XIII-2, a lot actually!! I think they made great improvements from XIII - It makes me sad though because they didn't use some of the awesome gameplay mechanics in XIII in the first place.
The music I make is best described as Extremely alternative Hip-Hop. Not alternative like Rock/Metal - alternative as not the usual selection of Hip-Hop sounds or lyrics! I'm on iTunes: Sinthesis or Background Noise Crew.
Final Fantasy X is easily one of my favorites!!!
Yes heh, got engaged in jan heh. I have been playing final fantasy pretty much since i was able to play games ha, I have playing FF4 FF5 FF6 FF7 FF8 FF9 FF10 FF10-2 FF11 FF12 FF13 FF13-2 and of course, the Dissidia games, Aswell as Origins, FF1 and FF2.
Hey there. One of my main hobby's would have to be writing. I can sit and write all day about whatever. I'm actually currently writing a story that will hopefully end up turning into a novel, fantasy/fiction is what i am into, Favorite FF is VI, and i like to read but mostly fantasy type of stuff so if you know of any good books that involve fantasy and is apart of that genre.. please do let me know. BTW your sigs are so righteous!.
The countries I have driven to, and across, are England, France, Amsterdam, Luxembourg, Germany, Spain, and Portugal. The countries I have flown to are America (Florida, New York, Wisconsin, and Chicago), Canada, and Lanzarote! I have travelled by plane to Spain numerous times too because I lived there for a while
I really like France too. I’ve stayed at some punk squats in the south of France that were amazing. In one place the guys had real assault rifles and all sorts of guns n shit, it was so cool! And they made me some amazing food! It was total French punk cuisine! Cider, Garlic, Onions, Smoked Bacon and Potatoes, all in one pot. If you’re familiar with the Scottish dish; Stovies, then you’ll have an idea what their cider potatoes were like!
The FF’s I have completed are 1, 2, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, and 13-2. I watched my friend finish 10-2 one night at his, then never got round to finishing my save because I knew what was going to happen.
I love bleach! I’ve watched all of the Episodes that have currently been released multiple times! I eagerly await each instalment. Naruto is another favourite. I couldn’t stand it at first. I was thinking about buying the first of the Naruto games that were released for Xbox 360, so I thought I’d watch a couple of episodes online first to see if I liked it and I totally hated it! But a couple of weeks went past and I ended up buying the game anyway and I really liked it. So I decided to have another try at the anime, this time giving it some more time, which led to me loving it. Aw, so many Animes that I love!
I have played guitar and piano too, but most of my experience is with the drum kit. Music was probably the first thing I found that I really liked. Like your FFX experience led you to the discovery of video editing and photoshop, my experience with music led to a love of travel, and it also led me to video editing and photoshop too lol! cont.
my message was too long to put into one post, so--
I work for a Russian tattoo magazine (well, permanent makeup magazine) and another Norwegian magazine. I translate for the Norwegian magazine, and for the Russian one, it's harder because they send me articles translated on GOOGLE FUCKING TRANSLATE and make me correct the grammar.... Some things are so jumbled the original meaning is lost. Luckily I have a Russian guy with the original text to tell me what the main ideas of the sentences are supposed to mean, and then I work with it from there. It's much harder than translating, I think!
I haven't read Wise Man's Fear yet but I need to!! It's been on my list forever, haha! I wonder when he'll release the third book... also I can't help but notice your name comes from the Abhorsen trilogy which is another favorite of mine! Ooh-- have you read The Abarat?
I love 8 too, haven't played XIII-2 yet but I need to because it looks awesome. I love oldschool RPGS like Chrono Trigger, Chrono Cross, Suikoden 1 and 2, Secret of Mana, Legend of Dragoon, Xenosaga, Shadow Hearts 1 and 2, Vagrant Story... and I recently played NieR which is recent but it was wonderful and has one of the best soundtracks ever. I also love the Zelda games, and games like Devil May Cry and God of War and Silent Hill and Shadow of the Colossus. I've been diggin' the whole Assassin's Creed series, too.
My favorite FFs are 6 and 10, and I have too many favorite books but I think, among them, are Patrick Rothfuss' "Name Of The Wind" and Ken Follett's "Pillars Of The Earth". Favorite TV series.... hmmm, that's a tough one, I don't really watch TV but I'm really enjoying Game Of Thrones at the moment. I think the TV series does the books justice!
I'll keep the sig thing in mind! Thanks for the offer!
I'm a musician, and have been studying and playing music for about twelve years. I have been in a load of bands and played a load of gigs in about seven different countries. One of my favorite things to do besides music is to travel.
I don’t know if I have a favorite FF. The first FF I ever played was actually X, and it was basically my first experience with any RPG game. I loved it at the time, but looking back now there are other FF games I prefer, but there are still some things about X that are amazing. Like the super bosses late in the game (Dark Aeons), which were probably by far the most challenging fights of any FF with the weapon battles in 7 being a close second?
I'm not big on story books, but I do love to read auto biographies. My favorite story book is "the 13 and a half life’s of captain blue bear" and my favorite ABio is "Poison Heart - Surviving the Ramones".
No, I go to Warwick Uni. The closest town to where I am is actually Coventry, which prompts some confusion from friends and family back home who think I go to Coventry University. But I've already been to Coventry at least a dozen times already, and Birmingham being the next biggest place closest to me is still accessible by bus. I've rarely been there anyway, and I very rarely stray too far away from campus unless I really need to.
