The overall volume is about a bit louder than a normal human breathing, so it is audible even across comm, but not darth vader loud.

I like the concept you're going with here. Plus her robotic body means she would probably qualify quite well for Human PLUS, which is this universes enhanced humans, albeit the only difference being they are all artificially made (the pilot is cybernetically meshed with their Mobile Suit, and the surgery required involved enhancing skeletal, muscular and nervous systems of the body), they are no genetically made human H+, this serves to actually keep those populations at a steady 5 %. Most of the Original Ten, Strung included. However there is usually a one in eight chance that this causes psychological problems, at least one NPC will fit this description I assure you.
