i can't find "TESTING > PHOTOCOMIX" in gimp. i installed the plugin but when i go to check filters its not there

raul i have a gimp problem.
a few months ago i downloaded some brushes, and when i started up gimp they were all bad quality suddenly (even past brushes that used to look fine). i check all my settings and what kind of brushes they are but they're the same as I've always downloaded only, now they look really bad. do you know why the brushes look all choppy?

Ohh, I guess it's pretty difficult to work around the white space? For some reason people are uploading these as renders, but they're not true renders, lol. I'll keep looking around.
Ohh, luckily I backed up the Asuka set you made me on my photobucket account. Although a new set would be nice... xD; Can I get back to you? I'm debating between Tifa Lockhart or Lili (Tekken). Lili might be easier render-wise. Probably look awesome, too. x3
