Ok, I hope this is alright. I'm thinking that the example one you showed me was pretty perfect. That with a froggy background
The games are very good, though many found it hard to swallow the ending of the trilogy -- but honestly, what series maintains quality with the same characters over anything more than 3 games? I felt it closed appropriately and the journey is well worth the investment. Whenever you are able, you should seriously consider a PS3 to play the games and FF7. It's worth it, trust me.
Often, I use my PS3 to play rental movies -- they're often so banged up that only the stronger laser can read them. Heh.
Yes, scrap files are the bread and butter of a writer. Be sure to flesh out your ideas, though. I once wrote down a title and a five-word sentence, clearly a mental note for something knocking around in my brain. When I found it, I hadn't a clue as to what the hell I had been thinking about. It was very frustrating.
Actually, the game in question is Mass Effect 2. I found I can't stop writing stories -- which as I said before is a shame since I'll be late on my FF7 update but as a writer, it would be a sin to spurn a writing fire when it comes. You should definitely play FF7 -- if you like plot and characters worthy of fame and memory, then you won't be disappointed.
I have a scrap file for all my random ideas and bits of writing, just so I won't forget anything. Sometimes when I go through it I'll find very good pieces I'd totally forgotten about. You should make a file as well, so you won't forget anything.
I got FFXIII-2 for free because my sister abandoned it, so what's a lowly £12-15 on Lightning creepily and emotionlessly showing off her bosoms in front of a pimp lord Snow?
