O__O;; Yikes. Well, that would explain a lot. But, I will always view him as a psychotic clown rather than a funny dressed madman. It makes him seem more ebil that way. >=] On another note, I never thought he viewed Celes like that. o_O Buuut, I don't think it was THAT kind of toy. More like a...
I'm likin' the original turn-based one. It's the main reason I like RPG's. It can be slow paced, and actually requires *gasp* THOUGHT. :gasp: Although the new one's cool too. I'm just not much for it. -___-; I could have beaten the second Gilgamesh if it was turn based, I assure you.
I feel like a moron for just now noticing all of this. @__@ But wow, Laguna being Squall's father... That's deep. Laguna was one of my favorite characters in FFVIII, considering he was almost EXACTLY like me (except I get my quotes right. xD ) but I really can't imagine him being Squall's father...
Playing this game, I realized that the only 'super' enemies in general were actually the brontaurs in the dinosaur forst. (see: just above the veldt. Even looks like a dinoasur head.) That monster casts disaster (every known status effect, similar to bad breath), ultima, and has massive physical...
I sense a naruto hating reference. xD
But back on topic, in the FMV's he was blue, as we know. (FF Anthology). Buuuuut, if we also remember, he had a single blue horn as well sticking out of his mask. Coincidence? NO! lol, j/k. It's probably shading. The horn is probably simple decoration. But...
Yeah, but Strago and Shadow were flippin cool! *gasp*
Although quite frankly, I'm surprised Locke didn't go "WHUH!?" when he found a girl with -naturally- green hair on the ground. I can easilly sum up everyone's roles and importance, though. There are spoilers, so I'll place them in a nifty...
While Jecht DID have a close connection to Tidus, he just wasn't a villain. I guess they already had too many mages, but I could have seriously seen Seymour summoning Anima's hand from another dimention to punch the opponent, of course use the staff, and even rely on his Mortibody. But then...
When I first got to the part when Tidus found out Yuna would die, I shed a tear or two. It was a sad scene. But there were others, too. But not as sad as that one scene.
It's a line-up between Terra, Locke, and Celes. You each solo as them throughout the game a lot, and they're interwoven with the final enemy a lot. Dissidia, the new game that came out, would lead us to believe that Terra is the 'official' main character, yes... But I wouldn't mind it. Just wait...
It's super effective!
This was the second FF I played, and is my favorite to this day. I was sceptical at first due to the 'horrible' graphics compared to the PS2, but after playing it through, I have to say that the characters were each very unique, and didn't have too many, if any, plot...
as people have said, FFVII just had an AMAZING amount of hype due to the unique story, gameplay, and back then it was even a graphical achievement for a video game. It was a big hit, and they celebrated it. In my eyes, FFVI was the best one, but alas... no one cares... ~sigh~
