O ya felles I found it. Got it up to 4x cut pretty quick in the northern caves. Dont believe I lived without it that long cause 4x cut is bad to the bone. Took down ruby the other day too!

Hey, thanks for the help man. Ya, I went back there again and I cant find the damn thing anywhere. I was reading in a walkthrough that you get Double Cut, few other things, then fight reno and rude. After the fight you go back into the room and the chest have reset and you get Cid's Limit 4...

I screwed up and didn't go to the plain in disc2. I never fought reno and rude and have already beat the sister ray. So, can I now get the double x cut materia or am I out of luck?
