Scenario writer Kazushige Nojima returns with newly recorded story episode

This year's 32nd issue of Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump magazine is announcing on Monday that original scenario writer Kazushige Nojima is writing a brand-new story episode that will play during the Final Fantasy X|X-2 HD Remaster edition's special staff credit roll. The drama will be about 30 minutes long with newly recorded voices.

I found this a little interesting. The Eternal Calm was only 15 minutes, plus they're announcing 'new'... scenes/secret endings that didn't make the cut? What does it mean?

Did anyone ever notice the short video of Tidus curled up in the water, stretching, then swimming up towards the camera at the VERY end of Final Fantasy X? It's exacty the same as

the video of Tidus emerging from the water in the Good Ending of Final Fantasy X-2. One wonders whether it could follow on from the video in X...showing us Tidus' life beyond his 'death.'

I wonder whether they made a video in which YUNA dies and Tidus lives on...

That brings up terrible images of TRP (Tidus, Rikku, Paine)...
