1000 Heartless battle

Both

I pretty much used brute force

But after awhile it got kinda annoying and repeditive
so Yes, reaction commands
 
I tried to complete the battle without the use of Reaction Commands, but

1. It was too tempting.
2. I kept getting slashed in the back before I even had a chance to chain together two hits.
3. Major time waster to not use them.

And also: The original screenshot for the 1000 Heartless Battle showed more than just the two Heartless types that you fight. Originally, it included Lance Soldiers, Behemoths, and others...but the game programmers decided that would be too much of a challenge.

Yeah right...
 
Yeh i used reaction commands cause i throught 1000 dis will take ages n i just wanted to move on so i used em
 
In the US/EU version, it was a major letdown. However, on the new Critical Mode in the Final Mix version, all enemies deal 4x damage, and are far more aggressive. I had trouble with this battle.....which I was surprised at.
 
To be honest I was expecting more of a challenge but instead it was incredibly easy. :P All I did was the reaction commands and the forms.I do have to admit though it was fun.But too easy.

Erm...how could you do the forms without any partners? It requires Goofy and Donald to go into Drive Form, and Sora fights alone in this battle. =/
 
It was easy...but at the same time...it was quite long. I did use reactions else I would of been there for a while...

I still remember chasing around the last heartless XD
 
i used reaction commands....... this was the second funnest prt of the game.

I'm a Dynasty Warriors fan also.

I personally used both normal attack and commands for this particular battle. Though I found it very tiresome and boring approaching the end and just wanted it over with.
 
Yeah the reaction command was definitely the way to go. I played KH2 recently just for that battle.
 
OMG This part is awesome, I went hardcore button mashing here. I used the reaction commands but mostly just unleashed crazy combos. Oh and btw I've acquired Ultima weapon(Sora's ultimate keyblade) in KH2.

They do make a lot of fuzz about this battle, in the end it's not even hard it's just a lot of enemies bunched up together in one area and they don't even throw them at you all at one, now THAT I think would have the the battle awesomer >>;;
But I mostly used the Actions Commands cuz I just wnated it over with.

I used the reaction commands. It was a boring battle against weak boring enemies. To me there is no attarction of pressing X a lot until all the heartless died. I just wanted to get it over and done with so that I could fight an interesting battle.
 
i found tht you can do this fight either way by jsut slashing like hell but this takes a longer time, if you use reaction commands, you can do this fight in something like 5 mins, first time i jsut killed them all by slashing it took like 10 mins to do, then i reloaded and tryed with reaction commands and found it was easier and faster, so i reccomend that you use the reaction commands to the full during the entier game
 
Reaction commands all the way. I liked this at first, the battling, but it started to bore me after a while because it's just always the same. Sometimes just slashing through was nice too.
