Wow, it's actually gonna happen. I guess the wait was worth it, because now you guys get X and X-2. That's not too shabby IMO. I haven't seen the new pics, but it probably looks great. I'm sure it'll be a great seller too.

It will be $40. Thats essentially the price for all of the remasters. People cant complain either. They are huge games.
Secondly, I doubt it will sell well. Of course, I like the series, but the media and by god, the bitchy fans, has done so much to sully the Final Fantasy name over insignificant things that pretty much all I see anymore when I read about Final Fantasy, is someone making fun of it, or boiling one of the series down to one stereotyped joke (aka every time FFX is mentioned, people act like the entirety of the game is the laughing scene). So when it doesnt sell as well as some like to think, blame your fellow Final Fantasy "fans".

Well if it is $40 then it's not new game price, since there's two games on there so it's pretty much half price for each game. They're really long games too.
It's ridonkulous paying almost a new game price for something that has been out for years and years that they've just decided to remasterI'll just wait then, like I have been for most games and get it when it goes down to a price I'll be willing to pay for it. I'm sure I'll have many other non-SE titles to keep me preoccupied.
