999,999 CP in 1.2 Hours XD

I'm surprised out of the many threads across the web for CP farming this isn't the most popular spot..

Ch 13.. farming Wladislauv and the Bandersnatch/Jabberwocky

Growth Egg equipped I was getting 64,000 CP every battle.. and pretty much maxed my CP (999,999) after a little over an hour.

Wlaudislav's takes me 0:35 - 1:40
Band/Jabberwocky takes me 1:00 - 2:00

It'd be a shame to have people farming any other chapter or any other spot then that area.. plus you can't go back to this spot unless you start from level 1... so it's a should absolutely not miss opportunity.

I'm glad I ran into this spot before I continued forward to Orphan. But I'm hoping people that read this thread that haven't beat the game take notice.

Nah I find the ledge with the Big cat and Behemoth King better. You kill them with the growth egg equipped it s like 13300 CP and plus they are much easier to beat. Wlaudisus are hard at first. I did my cp the way I said. And you can just respawn them in 2 seconds so its much faster than going back too the start of orphans cradle. Imo this is a long way to grind dude. Mine is the best. everyone I know uses it :awesome: Plus srsly whos gonna wait that long to defeat Orphan. you can just do this after the game and feel good about it. Im maxed out already and i need 3 more acheivements for 100 %
 
I just did a practice run this morning with no stops.. took me exactly 35 minutes to get to 999,999 CP

Wlaudislauv isn't hard at all.. and it only takes 8 seconds to respawn them.

I beat him 0:45-1:20 everytime.

I'm not sure you can beat 999k CP in 35 minutes.. :)
 
I've done this too, I started at the savepoint, ran up the stairs, fought those guys, then I took the elevator back down, ran to the savepoint again and repeated, Did take a while before I had 999.999 CP though but it was worth it.
 
yea if you kill wladuslauv, take the elevator down and back up he respawns instantly.

quite annoyed you can only get to the Sacrifices after you finish..i liked hunting in the cradle.

also random tip if u dont like to farm in the one place too long if u ever run into a cactuar let it grow to cactuar prime for some extra CP :P altho 1k needles is annoying with the pain and fog..

I'm gonna have to try that out when i get there, anyways thanks for the info man, i hope this helps me alot.
 
I'm still in Chapter 11 where I'm facing off against beasts that give about 2,000-3,000 CP each battle. My characters are still a bit weak and not up to taking on king Behemoths yet, so I'm leveling up as much as possible where I'm at.

I'll give this spot a shot though when I get there. Thanks for the tip.
 
I didnt even beat the game, i kindof got bored of it. Im at barthandelus (sp?) and havnt gotten around to playing it again.
 
I'm running around the Maw of the Abyss in Mah'Habra. Getting 58k CP in around 10 minutes or so. I'm staying here until I max out the Crystariums(as allowed to go to)

Yeah, I got stuck there as well. Just got passed it today, as a matter of fact.

I'll have to check this out and see how good this works with how good my guys are.

Thats a decent effort!

The most I got at a single point was about 250,000......but I stopped at a certain point to ensure a bit a of challenge given how easy the rest of the game is:bored:
 
The only real challenge that I have encountered all game was Barthandelus at the end of Chapter 11. Daze and Doom, what a lame way to lose a fight after whipping his azz down to health under the T on the target
 
some one got tips for me i cant go to waldi and band anymore and i get CP by just walking and doing missions. orphan is hard and i want to max out Crystarlium stage 9 first. i heard he can do instant death thats stupid, to beat the other bosses you needed a good strategy now you need a good strategy and luck, but i am going to get 3 cherubs crowns...
 
where about exactly is this spot? i'm on chapter 12 right now, but unfortunately I didn't get the growth egg before leaving Pulse so I guess i'll only get half of what the OP is getting? is it even worth it then?
will I know the spot when I see it?

Um...I'm still on chapter 12 farming behemoths....Not getting much cp though....halp? Although I maxed out the crystarium roles I need the most :hmmm:

I'd say, if you've got some decent Syn spells, go to the King Behemoth vs Gorgansjagaga (sp. :P ) and let G kill the King Behemoth while you buff your party. and attack the King and the G. Make sure the King dies first, cuz when he does the other one will attack you, which is a much easier battle. I guess keep potions on hand just in case.


and I'm post-game, and I'm redoing all the hunt missions trying for 5-stars. it's helping, but the best place is Fault Warrens. there's flowering cactuars that give quite a chunk of CP if you kill them before they escape. And just getting there is quite a bit of CP. (I think the F.Cact. is the 3rd rank in the 2nd map. If you wanna know, just message me and I'll double check for you)

Or you could just whip the king behemoths ass first and get rid of him, then focus on the other. It's like a 15 second fight. Then again, idk how far you are in the Crystarium either.
 
k, i'm up to the spot, is it possible at all to go back to the portals to go down to gran pulse still, or is that not possible this far in now? cause I didn't bother to get the egg ;-;
 
Yes you can go back, at this point you are too weak to get the growth egg. But after the final fight you can save and you will reappear in the room in front of the final battle and your crystallium will get expanded to level 5.
You can get back to the portals then and other cieth stone mission will appear on Gran Pulse then as well.

kinda confused now, I thought you couldn't get back to this Wladislauv and the Bandersnatch/Jabberwocky spot after you beat the boss, or is this not the FINAL FINAL boss?
