A name for each FF game

I got the idea for this from the "Which FF game do you want to see as a movie" thread. (I ended up thinking way to much D:)

So if any of the games were to be made into a movie (and not a CGI or sequel), I doubt they could really call it Final Fantasy whatever because it wouldn't make a lot of money because people would be like "hey, where are FInal fantasy 1, 2, 3, 4 ect..."

So if each FF were to be it's own game and not part of a series, what would be a good name for each?

I'm not very good at this unfortunantly. All I could come up with was

VI: Terra

VII: Lifestream

Lol yeah unfortunantly I'm not too creative. I sort of came up with others but they were way too cheesy or sounded like really bad rip offs D:
 
Hmm... All I've got is...
II: "Dark Shadow of Palamecia" (Remember the subtitle of the unreleased US NES version?)
IX: "Resurrection" (because it was a "resurrection" of the approach JRPGs took on the SNES)
XI: "Tales from Vana'Diel" (self-explanatory)

That is all I can think of right now, very simple but I like them
 
FFI: A New Hope
FFVII: Shinra, or Meteor
VIII: Garden
X: Dreams
XI: Rise of Zilart-- I mean, Chains of Promathia-- I mean, Treasures of Aht Urhgan-- I mean, Wings of the Goddess--I mean, A Shanntotto Ascension-- I mean, A Crystaline Prophecy-- I mean, Kupo d'etat-- I mean, Abyssea. Yeah, Abyssea.
XII: War
 
Vii could be named after AVALANCHE perhaps?

Sin for X seems the obvious one. Or To Zanarkand after it's theme. ...ohh I like that! Or just Zanarkand.
 
VII: One Winged Angel, for obviousreasons
VIII: Time Apocalypse/Rise of the Sorceress
X: Sacrifice, because of Yuna's initial fate
XI: Legends of Vana'diel, rather than tales.
XII: Defiance/Rebellion

VII: The Lifestream Crisis

That's about as much I can come up with lol

IX: Two Worlds (works on more than one level--Gaia/Terra, Garnet/Dagger, carefree Zidane/Genome Zidane, etc :))

I like of like the idea of X just being called "Sin". It sounds edgy and you would wonder what the heck that game is about. And it could have many meanings in the game, obviously the big giant that is Sin, Spira's Sin that created Sin, the Al Bhed, going against the Yu Yevon religion.

I'm stuck with VIII and IX. Maybe Lunatic Pandora for VIII? Or something about time compression.

I could see IV being called Legend of "something". Maybe Legend of Cecil? Even though it sounds a bit cheesy =P

Seriously, though.

Final Fantasy VII: A Trail of Blood (the best part of the game is "chasing Sephiroth" after all.)

Final Fantasy XII: The Struggle of Man (because the game is primarily about a war between man and then later about a war between man and gods)
 
FFI: Light and Chaos
FFII: Firion and the Wild Rose Rebellion
FFV: The Tree of Ruin (lol couldn't come up with anything else)
FFVI:
The Rise and Fall of Kefka Palazzo
(again, nothing else comes to mind)
FFVII: Dreams of a SOLDIER
FFVIII: The Heart of the Lion
FFIX: The Place to Return Someday or Melodies of Life
FFX: Like most of you, Sin

FFXII: the war of conflict and chaos.
FFV: messenger of the void
FFIII: reign of darkness
 
I really like the names you've given, they are absolutely right titles!:D
Here are my versions:
FFI: Warriors of Light, Light of Hope, The Prophecy
FFII: Wild Rose, The Rebellion
