If they are to end FF, I suggest they give it a proper farewell, with a last game, better than anything else on this planet, and grieve with te whole world and give FF posters to evryone *sniff*

Yes, yes. On the bright side, though, the things I say do actually make sense. No wasted words. Since you like The Undertaker, you're a smart one. Oh, and I agree with Windslash. If and when Final Fantasy does come to an end, they need to make the final game amazing. Having said that, making it amazing should be the goal of every game.

Square will eventually stop making FF games. But hopefully when they do, they make a games that are just as good, or better than all of the FF games (though I doubt it will happen :P) But it may be for the better if they discontinue the name..I know some people that won't buy FF games cause it has the word fantasy in it -.-
 
There might be a tad problem with number thirty. I mean, Final Fantasy XXX ... some people might get the wrong idea o_O Then again, it might be a reason to make the outfits like X-2 :P

Course, the games will cease to be made eventually. Everything comes to an end at some point. But there's no reason for them to discontinue it right now. It's still as popular as it always was, perhaps even more so. As for the people who won't buy it just because it has the word "Fantasy" in it, those are the kind of people who won't have bought any of them anyway, so they're not really losing any sales there. They never had them in the first place. If the title was a problem, I'm sure they'd have changed it long ago.

Heh, I really doubt that would happen though...you buying FF games at the age of 60, that is. I just don't think they'd go THAT far! :blink:
 
I wonder if the developers at Square have sat down and read any of these posts. lol.

I won't lie...I might hate some of these futuristic settings and the straying from the original settings...but I'll always buy Final Fantasy.
 
I'm with you on that one, Rhea. I don't hate the whole futuristic thing though...I just find it a bit disagreeable for my taste, but I welcome it anyway because...well, it's Final Fantasy, lol. I will always and forever be grateful for any Final Fantasy games.
 
If there are no Moogles in FFXIII, then I'll end my life. :(
 
This better not be a sci-fi game, or I might abandon Square. >_<

It's called Final Fantasy, sci-fi is boring now within the series after FFVII, VIII, X and X-2 having heavy sci-fi elements. A change would do the series a favour and prevent it becoming stale.

Still if it looks good and has FF on the cover, most idiots would still buy it even if it's crap.
