Got any?
My cousin (Jordan) and I went to a mental hospital tonight, with many abandoned buildings in the area that served as some sort of use to the hospital's patients and staff. On the hospital road, there were no lights at all. Just construction signs that warned us of dead ends and closed roads, but we continued on anyways. Before every turn was a sign that greeted us; one that said "Alberta Hospital" with an arrow pointing toward the direction we need to turn. It was suspenseful.
The hospital was a bit outside the city, and it was dark with trees neatly lined up beside the sidewalks. Orange and yellow leaves showered the area and blew around the pavement in the wind. The only lighting available were dim, yellow ones. There was a power plant, a water tower, it was its own little community. There was one building by the power plant that had lights on. We drove past it slowly, since there was a sharp turn, and I looked into it and saw a fucking rag doll sitting by a chair, smiling. It gave me a good jump.
We drove around and hit a bit of a dead end (with dumpsters), and the windows of the building next to us had curtains that were all the same colour; some were closed, some were partly opened, some were draped over a dresser or some other hard surface by the window. All I could imagine was what type of people were sleeping in there. I was so fucking scared, I enjoyed it so much.
Once we turned around to escape the dead end, we stopped at a stop sign and watched as a peace officer drove past us. It scared the fuck out of us, because we were on private property and it looked like a cop. So she turned the opposite side of where the peace officer was headed and drove off. It was time to leave. We looked back and saw the peace officer turning around and that's where things got good. We didn't speed off, nor did the officer speed up to catch us, but it was definitely a chase. The guy was definitely bored. He took a different way to try to catch up to us, and he was cruising. We eventually got away though. Fun stuff.
