Achievement of the day

I got a freakin 94% on my spainsh test! :yay: I couldn't believe my eyes at first but sure enough it was true. Funny how I study 3-5 hours for my other tests and I'm lucky if I get an 80%, but the one test I didn't know we had unill the day we were taking it I get a 94% on :hmmm: the fact that it was over the history of Spain also help. It was still in spainsh though. I still don't know how I managed to write a paragraph of coherent spainsh when I don't know much grammar and can't remember half of the vocal after it's respective quiz.

I installed all The Sims 2 games in order today.

It may not seem like that much, but I had to have a list and it took 2 fucking hours. They should make that so much simpler. I'm never uninstalling them again, EVER.

Felt like running a click marathon, entering all those serial codes. I miss retro DRM.

I finished my management paper for Thursday today :yay:

It was a political action letter to our state representative, so I chose the topic of a safe patient to RN ratio and researched some points to put in my letter and that was finished rather quickly. Now all I have is a few chapters to read from my book and a short study guide and I'm done with my school work for the week.

Next week's task...a powerpoint presentation :damon:

I got all the house work done!

I've been putting off washing the clothes for a week and the dishes were left by the sink for two or three nights. Oh and the bins desperately needed to be emptied. Both the waste and the recycling hadn't been put out and the recycling was starting to overflow. XD

I usually do the dishes every night and wash the clothes every second night, but I've been so tired and sick this week that I've just avoided house work all together. Steve's been really sick too. :sad3:

Had an awesome sleep last night though so I was up to the task tonight. XD

After wracking my brain for a good while as to what to get my tech savvy father for Christmas, I was browsing Amazon today when I figured I would get him the new Kindle touch when it is released this month. So I pre-ordered it and a power adaptor and got them gift-wrapped...so now all I have to do is wait patiently for them to ship to me...hopefully by the first week in December :griin:

I'm so happy...really, its hard buying gifts for some people, especially picky people who already have everything :gonk: Its a HUGE weight off of me knowing I don't have to think of something to buy him. Plus I know he'll let me borrow it from time to time so its win x2 :ryan:

I have experienced the taste of frozen yogurt for the first time :woo:

My it was delicious. I got chocolate flavored, cake batter flavored, mini peanut butter cups and a cherry on top :yay:
I shall be eating it much more now, me love my froyo :ryan:

Bought a dirty magazine for the first time without feeling embarrassed. I am far too old to be giving a fuck about what the old ladies in the shop think, or to be getting embarrassed when the checkout person sees what I'm buying. I like girls, so I have nothing to be apologise for

Ooh, I should update this for the other day.

On Friday, I found out that I'd got a job and I bought a PS3! :) very pleased! :)

Yesterday, I managed to find one of Chris' Christmas presents. I had a surprise in mind, but couldn't find a good example of said surprise.

I cleaned our cars! :rage:

It was actually pretty fun. I didn't mind being out in the nice sun with the Gurney. Gurney = High Pressure hose for those who don't know what it is. >.<

Steve was hosing down the cars before I started soaping them up and I loved it when it sprayed me every now and then. XD So refreshing.

I washed my Barina and then Steve's Ute. I even got in under the hood of my Barina and cleaned it too. >.<

Our cars are so nice and shiny now!

I originally went out to just clean my front window because a bat pooed on it and it was also pretty dirty from the dust sticking to it when it was wet from rain etc. Then I was like, ugh the whole car is pretty dirty, may as well do the whole thing while I'm out here.

Then Steve was like, 'My car needs doing too.' So I did his while I was still motivated. XD

Oh and then I put my new rego sticker on. I am so lazy when it comes to changing my rego sticker. I hate it when I peel off the old one and it's still a bit sticky on the window. I got out the eucalyptus oil and cleaned the sticky shit off and then put on my new rego sticker. :ryan:

Very good day. :ryan:

Well considering I was hungover this morning and slept in until 2pm, I achieved a freakin' lot!

I still got up and cleaned the room, folded the clothes and put them away, then put on two loads of washing, then washed the dishes!

The house is lovely and clean and I was so not feeling the best to be bothered, but I still did it, because looking at the mess would just make me stress out and I wouldn't be able to relax and get over this hangover if I kept walking past the messiness. XD

First achievement of the day: defeating Barthandelus in XIII at the end of Chapter 11.

The second and most important achievement!!! getting a place on the PGCE course I applied to. :D :D I am so excited! I'm going to be a teacher! :D I know that it's going to be a challenge, but I believe in my ability to do it and believe in its importance. I won't be able to manage every child, I won't be able to make every child interested, but I WILL change the lives of some. I'll give good lessons. I will inspire. I'll be creative.

OMG! :awesome: Mega excitement. I did it!! :D

finishing crisis core and being a decent level XD

normally i'm lucky to be level 30 with my stats being around 50 apart from defence which is normally 100 thank's to awesome equipment XD but i decided to do more missions this time and i got to lv40 by the end of the game... also i got the extra two equipment slots and the thing that allows me to add items to fusions... sooo i had my attack in at 82 and magic at 70, my spirit was over 100 as well... the final boss didn't take sooo long this time because I was almost doing 2000 damage a hit, also sephiroth was piss easy this time XD

also got a dazzle today, soo i can record my xbox 360 now to upload extra content onto my youtube :D

Not much homework for this weekend! Or today I guess.

I also got the Platinum Trophy for Sly Cooper and the Thievius Raccoonus, and with little help from guides no less. Once I realized how easy it was to find all the clue bottles, I'm like, "Forget guides, this is too easy."

Today was my first day off since Sunday so naturally when you are working/preoccupied with school you tend to let things go around the house. I did laundry, dishes, and picking up a lot of stuff that's been lying around for awhile. I paid a couple of bills and I went to get my hair cut tonight for my grad pics...so I ended up getting A LOT of stuff done. I figure I might as well get as get as much done as I can before I work the weekend...and before it starts hitting the fan on Monday when I'll have to start working on my paperwork for my clinical site.

I actually managed to get done with a majority of my homework, meaning I have less to do tonight. My biggest achievement today however was that I FINALLY managed to start on a lab paper early, as opposed to 20 minuets before it's due:grin: Hopefully this is the first in a series of efforts to break my bad habit of procrastinating until the last minute or later.

I managed to successfully hold back my desire to blow up. This is definitely progress for me. I'm such a short fused person, though I look like I would be the quiet, really kind, loving person (Well, I'm that way most of the time).

I have one for yesteday... I hate through 100g of Green and Black's chocolate in the evening, and I had had malteasers earlier. I haven't done that in over 5 years...if ever... I absolutely LOVED it! :lew:

Today... I bought a gift from all of the tutors at work for our manager... I suppose that counts. :lew: It's hard buying for someone you don't know well, but I picked out a silky, floral scarf. =]

Technically happened yesterday but who gives a shit? One of my headlights had blown out and I was trying to change it. But there was a screw which was driving me nuts. I couldn't unscrew it because it was in a really tight spot. I realised that I needed a 'right angled screwdriver'. Unfortunately I was unsure if such a tool actually existed.

After looking it up on the internet I was pleased to find out that there was such a thing. However, after driving to two hardware stores, I realised that they were not as common as I thought they would be. But in my moment of despair, my resourceful brain kicked in and I crafted my own right angled screwdriver by using a spanner to grasp a small screwdriver. Thus unscrewing my headlight and triumphantly rejoining the world of nighttime driving. Seriously though I was so unbelievably happy.

Today we finally sold one of our fish tanks that I had been begging Steve to sell for the last two years. It just sat there and did nothing. No fish, no water, no nothing.

I didn't get why he wanted to hold onto it considering he had other fish tanks and wasn't using this one.

Anyway, we got rid of a lot of bits and pieces that went with the tank and the house is starting to become less cluttered. The stand that went with the tank was the most annoying part. It is so big! So glad we got rid of that. We can actually walk into our spare room without the damn thing blocking the doorway now.
