Aeons, which do you use the most?

Ixion caught my eye since it was the first one I had obtained with the ability to fully heal itself at the start. Shiva was also a favorite once I had obtained her and I actually never used Valefor again once I had gotten Shiva. Anima has to be my favorite though. Massive damage and an outstanding summon. I summon her just to see her being summoned. Lolz.
 
I didn't use Aeons all that often, tbh. In most FF games, I rarely use summons; I'll use them once just to watch the summon sequence.

I used Bahamut the most out of all of them just because he's my favorite. Plus I liked his badass stance and his overdrive.
 
I use Ixion and Shiva early on when I first get them, just because I like the look of them, and I find Shiva's speed quite useful at times. Bahamut is the one I use the most though. I like the way he stands there with his arms folded, and still use him long after Aeons outlive their usefulness.
 
Ifrit is the best. Fire is my favorite type of magic. His overdrive is sweet, lots of damage done in one hit. Ifrit is my favorite in VIII as well.
 
Anima, of course. She bled out of her eyes and made things explode. Though, her overdrive was a bit...anti-climactic.
 
The aeon i use the most time is Yojimbo i always use him when i encounter hard bosses, because of The Zanmato it's just soo hardcore xD and it makes the bosses too easy.
 
At first I probably used Ifrit a lot more, but then Bahamut was the main one I used for the most part.

He just came across as the strongest and his moves seemed to be a lot better.

Shiva would be second on my list.

I really liked her a lot too and used her just as much.

Basically, I cheated my way through the dark aeons. Many resets later, I'd get Zanmato and yay, Dark Ifrit defeated in how long it takes for the battle to start, summon Yojimbo and watch him get Zanmato'd. :D

On my ... gosh, I don't even know how many times I've played through, but on my next playthrough I plan not to 'cheat', haha.

haha i was exactly the same...at the start i used Shiva and Bahamut like no tomorrow but once i found out that Yojimbo could Slice and Dice hehehe i was like a kid in a candy store... I defeated most of the Dark Aeons only using Yojimbo :-)
 
Depends where I am in the game, when I got Bahamut, I just used him all the time because he proved to be very useful against almost anything.
 
I would use Bahamut.

Cmon now, you can't hate the Lord of the Skies.

Though, I'd use Anima and Shiva equally with Bahamut.
 
Magus sisters, because it was fun never knowing what would happen, BEST OVERDRIVE EVAR, next to Shiva, her and her *snap* KA-BOOOM

anima looks the best, but the magus sisters are the most powerful when trained properly.

Agreed.

And I also go along with the Aeons you mentioned, Although i Used Ixion instead of Ifrit.

Right now Magus Sisters are up there with Bahamut, nothing beats having 3 Aeons in battle at once :)
 
At first Bahamuth due to flare was awesome to look at...but after I aquired Anima I'm using her most, because shes sick, twisted and evil, like no other... :inlove::santa:
