According to Wikipedia and several other varied sourses, yes
It migt be like Before crisis, which also being released on a phone, but only in Japan, so possibly we wont be able to find the KH mobile game becuase certian tchnology is required and its only available in Japan.

Got some info. Its in America, although its only available on the LG VX8000. Its being released in downloadable episodes.Developed by Superscape.Released on Feb 4,2005. I only have a review of the first episode. Sora is sleeping as the gummi ship sails through the stars. Maleficent, spotting an opportunity to smite him ,sends a strange creature into his ship while he and the others slumber. The creature then begins to control Sora's dreams. Sora "wakes up" on Swashbuckler Island completely alone. He then finds a parrot that tells him to gather some supplies to make a raft. So Sora travels around the island (which is very uninspired init's bland appearance), fights some Heartless, gets the spell Blizzard, gathers the raft together, then brings four crystals to an alter before shoving off on th makeshift raft. End of episode. Its entirely in 3D and looks very well animated considering its on a cell phone. Hope its been helpful. If any one has that phone it would be great if you could play it and tell us what you think.

I have an LG phone, but I don't know if it's the right model for KH mobile. Where would you buy this game? And does it play any into the PS2 games, or are they entirely different games?
