I've seen some people rocking the animated avatar and I was wondering... how do I upload one? And is there any specific file type that I have to use? I only know of .gif files so any help would be much appreciated.

I just save the animated avatars to my computer and then upload it in the User CP - Edit avatar.
The only animated avatars I've had have always been .gif files too.

i think gifs are the only one that moves. At least any moving pics i have are all gifs. AS for uploading, its like normal with still pictures. Either through web or browse it up from your pc.

Yeahp.. just what Kandy said. Save a gif image and upload it or copy the URL and save it as your avee. Or if you want, make one xD

Yeah, mine is a .gif as well. I just saved it to my computer hard-drive, went into My Avatar in my CP, and uploaded it after I browsed my CP for it.
