The only one who ditched his party and went out on his own?

I know I can't be the only one. During Disc One when you're at Galbadia Garden and you're alone you do have the option to just leave your party at the Garden and go exploring on your own. I did that. I was just all, "Screw the team mates I'm going exploring!" I went and chill some at Timber then over to Dollet, rented a car and just drove around a little while until I got bored and felt like continuing the main plot.

Anybody?

No, but it sounds awesome.
I'll have to try it next time I play it through.

It would've been awesome if the game designers thought about making a little easter egg with that. Like when you come back and talk to one of the members of your party they say, "Where the hell have you been?" or something along those lines.

Yea I did this my first time around and the second time I stayed. I didn't do much when I left though....Just alot of training and what not....no biggie :3

Nah I went out and goofed around with the geezards and the Belhemel(?) fior a few hours but usually led to a gap in party levels..........not my style to have such gaps, I think the other place I went of was with Irvine by himself on Fisher Horizon.

Lotsa fun there with Irvy

If I did, I wouldn't level up, just draw spells, turn enemies into cards to refine, that kind of thing.
Level gaps can pose a problem when the game levels up with you. >.>

Speaking of level gaps. When I went to get eden, I came out with squall as a level 85, rinoa as a level 46, and zell as like a level 52. The rest i didn't use so they were under levelled but 100 megalixiler's and 100 ultima for each character helped out.

Yeah I did but I didn't bother to level up I just wanted to look around the different place's to see if there was anything I could get or anything I missed like draw point's. I don't like leveling up one person in that game cause it can pose a lot of problem's later on in the game.

I never did that, mostly because what i really wanted was to get rid of Squall for a while as the party leader.

When he leaves to the moon station and i control Zell as the leader that's the best time for me, i also walk around with Irvine in FHs while the characters are playing instruments...

It would be interesting if Squall went to Deling City alone though.
