Only members that have been active for two weeks and have 50 posts are permitted to start fanclubs. Furthermore, you've not stated that this is actually a fanclub and neither have you told those who apply what is expected of them should they join.

I would give you a chance to amend this thread but seeing as you don't meet the requirements needed to start a club in the first place and your starter post is practically spam, this club will be closed.
