Ok im new but not that new im a member of like every final fantasy forum site but
Our Battle is
Kiros

and Ward
Who would win in a no holds bar fight let me know

Kiros, purely because of his speed. And he doesn't have to run and pick up his weapon once he'd thrown it.

He also seemed to recover better than Ward did from their escape from esthar.

BUT they are such close comarades this fight would not be likely to occur!

Presumably no holds barred would mean they'd be able to use magic, and Kiros has the definite edge there stats-wise.

Kiros' Limit Break does alot more damage at high levels than Ward's Heavy Anchor. Kiros is the fastest of all the playable characters, while Ward is the slowest. The matchups pretty clear...

Ward, Kiros was always weak as shit and never did any decent damage in my party

You have a point - I'd back Ward in a straight physical match-up because I'm unconvinced Kiros's higher speed and better limit break would make up for Ward's higher strength and HP, but I think once the spells start flying it'd be a different story.
