I honestly love crunchyroll. I really recommend that one as well. They are really good at keeping the place in order and organized. Far better than youtube, that's for sure. You search for an anime and you can easily find ALL (if all are uploaded, that is) the episodes under said anime.

I find it easier now to just download my anime episodes rather than finding the streamed vids
