Best & Worst Seymour

Seymour wasn't that bad for me...

Actually I never had a problem fighting Seymour. I used bio on Seymour then just kept going after the morti thingy. Of course I casted haste and protect on everyone. Of course was completely stocked up on holy waters before the battle but I guess you can say I "cheated" because I bought the walkthrough before I started the game. So Seymour didn't present too much of a problem any of the times I fought him. As long as I leveled up at a reasonable rate, like I was actually fighting battles developing my characters rather than just watching the story unfold. Which can be easy to do when you just follow the walkthrough step by step.

DO NOT get me started with Seymour Flux. That was the hardest hands down. His cross-cleave rendered my party with low hp and total annihilation was auto kill to my party. I beat him by luck by killing him before he could use total annihilation. And his lance of atrophy/full life combo wasnt funny either

The easiest would have been Seymour Omnis imo. He required no strategy when i beat him. The orbs did intimidate me for a while, but he only scared me when he used ultima and nearly killed me. I pummeled him so quick, i was kinda dissapointed when i won

totally agree with the flux bit, i took the total anniliation, and still came out of it luckly, but totally annoying

i just know the omnis... kinda disappointed, didn't feel satisfied at all afterwords, i just summon ifrit first, because all he did was cast fira, and that missed me off, because he cast 4 of them! i had to wait the extended scenes and it was totally annoying, then when he changed to ice, i just used hellfire then summoned shiva, then he died... total waste of time

The one in Gagazet, just before Zanarkand. I remember training for fucking days by that save sphere, and I must've battled him hundreds of times. But because he was the hardest, however, I thought he was the funnest of all Seymours.

The easiest was the last. Mainly because I was so prepared by the end because of each incredibly difficult boss I've encountered throughout the game. Plus, I had to deal with the magical elements which was never a trouble for me.

 

[The Illusive Man]

Definatley has to be Seymour flux, that total annhilation is a pain, I was lucky though as Auron had Kotetsu equiped and kept countering him and survived TA with 50hp, allowing me to get everyone back up and finish him off before he could use it again.

The weakest is definatley Seymour omni's hes so weak its a bad joke, and his ultima tickles to boot by that stage in the game, not to mention banishing blade w masamune = sick damage on him too
