[Birthweek 2014] Triple Triad Tournament Sign-Ups

To celebrate Birthweek, here's a special Triple Triad Tournament to those who are interested. Sign right up ASAP since it's first come, first served.

(The tournament can hold up to 8 players)

How this works:

There will be 3-4 rounds. (depending on the number of participants.) Win each round and you go up to the next round, until you reach the Final Round.

Once I close sign-ups, I'll post who will be up against who, along with other details and rules (yes, there will be rules for each round...beware of the Sudden Death!)

Assuming we'll have 8 players:

First Round Prize - 100 Gil + Summon Card (your choice)
Second Round Prize - 300 Gil + 3 Summon Card (your choice)
Final Round Prize - 500 Gil + 5 Summon Card (your choice) + 3 Character Cards (your choice)

All participants will receive 100 Gil for participating


***If you haven't already, you need to purchase Triple Triad in the vBShop in order to play. (25 Gil)

Then head on to Triple Triad and purchase decks. The best cards (minus Summon and Character cards) are the Tournament pack, though you are not required to purchase this.

I usually have bad luck with the win/loss aspect of this game, but if it helps make it so that this gets going, then I am so in. :mokken:
 
iSmiff The deck can be bought for cheap in the shop. As for the good cards, you would have to play games and/or buy more cards.
 
If we can get four more, we can start this. Or even three, and I'll take the fourth spot, whichever. :) Start bugging people.
 
Last year (or year before... I forget) we got given cards to use that got taken away after the tournament finished. Is that the same this year or are we using cards we already got from the VBShop?

I can't even find the Triple Triad page - accessing the game from google tells me I don't have the right privileges :(
 
Triple Triad can be bought via the Wall Market in VBShop. A Triple Triad tab should then appear beside Blogs tab. Buy decks via this tab.

Bullshit... the game has somehow just eaten up my Red Giant, Alexander, Shiva and Leviathan cards that I had been using. Now it says I have none of any of them (and I had 3 Shivas! One of which is up for trade though).

It also shows other cards (Angelo, Doomtrain and Eden) as -1, and has been for some time.

Odd. Well, the Red Giant I gave back to you since it did say you have 0 for that. But for Shiva, it says you still have 3 in possession and Leviathan, one in possession. Can you screenshot the issue so I can figure out what to do from here?

Also, after you play each match, do you make sure you click "Leave Match"? For every loss or gained cards, the system should also give you notifications. Make sure to read those little messages.
